| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقديم ملخص لأهم التحديات التي تواجه كيان الأمة الإسلامية في العصر الحديث، ونظرا لأهمية الوفاق ومركزيته في النظام العام الإسلامي، فقد عمل كثير من أهل العلم والإصلاح إلى بث روح الوفاق بين كيانات الأمة وبيان القواعد الأساسية لتلافي المعضلات الفكرية والفقهية المسببة للخلاف بين المسلمين. ولتحليل هذه الورقة ومناقشة مضامينها، اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تمت الإشارة إلى أهم القضايا المحورية التي تحرك الخلاف، ثم مناقشة سبل تلافي معوقات الوفاق بمقاربة شرعية تراعي جلب المصالح ودفع المفاسد. ويشار إلى أن الخلاف بين المسلمين يرجع إلى عدم التعامل في القضايا الكبرى والمصيرية للأمة بما يجلب المصالح لأفرادها وجماعاتها، ويدرء عنهم المفاسد الناشئة عن عدم القدرة على تدبير الخلافات الفكرية والمذهبية وفق مقاربات توافقية مصلحية، وتبين هذه الورقة اللأسس والمنطلقات الرامية إلى جمع الكلمة وتجاوز الخلافات الكبيرة والصغيرة بين المسلمين لما تفتضيه الضرورة الشرعية الآنية، مع الإشارة إلى أبرز الثمار التي تجنيها الأمة جراء الالتفاف حول مشتركها ومقوماتها الأساسية. |b This research paper aims to provide a summary of the most important challenges facing the entity of the Islamic nation in the modern era, and given the importance and centrality of reconciliation in the Islamic public order, many scholars and reformers have worked to spread the spirit of harmony In order to analyze this paper and discuss its contents, I adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, where the most important pivotal issues that stir the dispute were referred to, then discussed ways to avoid obstacles to reconciliation with a legitimate approach. It is noted that the dispute between Muslims is due to the failure to deal in major and crucial issues for the nation in a way that brings interests to its individuals and groups, and wards them from the evils arising from the inability to manage intellectual and doctrinal differences according to consensual approaches of interest. This paper is the foundations and premises aimed at gathering the word and overcoming the major and minor differences between Muslims when required by the immediate legal necessity, with reference to the most prominent fruits that the nation reaps as a result of rallying around its common and constituent. The research concluded that it is necessary to reconsider the premises and reasons that call for disagreement and dissent, and that the different parties to the legal texts should apply scientific controls that are abstract from ideological quarrels, and to stay away as much as possible from the causes of the emergence of disagreement, and work to bring the views closer by the modern available means. Such as holding conferences and seminars, and broadcasting the discourse of harmony in modern technical means. | ||
