| المستخلص: | تعتبر المشاركة المجتمعية أرقى يعبر عنه الشباب والتي تتمثل في جملة النشاطات التي على ممارسة الديمقراطية داخل المجتمع ولما كان الشباب في مصر يمثل نسبة كبيرة من إجمالي السكان وهم عنصر فعال وهام في قضايا التنمية وذلك دفعنا أن نؤكد ونلقى الضوء على مشاركة الشباب لأن الشباب هم من يمتلكون الطاقة والقدرة على العطاء, ويعد التخطيط الاجتماعي أحد طرق الممارسة غير المباشرة للخدمة الاجتماعية والتي تطلب العمل على مستوى الوحدات الكبرى من أجل تنفيذ السياسات الاجتماعية، فللأخصائي الاجتماعي أدواره المهنية التي يؤديها في عمليات التخطيط، كما أن هناك أسس ونماذج نظرية يستند عليها في رسم الخطط وتقويمها، وحتى في وضع وتحليل السياسات الاجتماعية, وتلعب مشاركة الشباب دورا هاما في تطوير آليات وقواعد الحكم الديمقراطي ومشاركة الشباب من أهم الأشياء التي تحقق التنمية المستدامة للمجتمعات خاصة مجتمعات العالم الثالث التي تعتبر مشاركة الشباب أحد إشكال الديمقراطية التشاركية كما أنها إحدى أشكال الحكم الصالح وهى شكل من أشكال الرقابة الشعبية، كما أن مشاركة الشباب ستعزز من التنمية بكل أشكالها داخل المجتمع وتفعيل مشاركة الشباب سيقلل من حالة الفراغ التي يعيشها الشباب ولمنظمات المجتمع المدني تاريخ عميق الجذور في مصر في مجال التنمية داخل المجتمع حيث ترتبط منظمات المجتمع المدني بمفاهيم وممارسات للتنمية وذلك في إطار برامج تعمل من خلالها لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منها داخل المجتمع.
