| 520 | |a لقد أصبحت التنمية البشرية، أحد الأبعاد المهمة جدا للتنمية الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال العديد من الخطط، التي تعمل على إعداد كفاءات علمية مدربة، ذات مستوي عال من الخبرة، والتي تتطلب تحقيق الديموقراطية، والحرية، والكرامة الإنسانية، والعدالة الاجتماعية، التي ينشدها المجتمع. حيث تعد الجريمة مشكلة اجتماعية، لأنها تفشت واستضحل شرها في المجتمعات البشرية كافة، فهي تزداد خطورة بشكل واضح. ومما لا شك في أن مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بكونها مهنة إنسانية، تهدف إلى مساعدة الأفراد والجماعات ومنظمات المجتمع على تنمية قدراتهم، ومواردهم، وزيادة فرصهم في الحياة الكريمة. وتعمل طريقة العمل مع الجماعات على نمو الشخصية باستخدام الجماعة، التي هي أداة، لتحقيق هذا الغرض، وينتج من تفاعل شخصيات الجماعة ديناميات، هي ما يعرف بالتفاعل الاجتماعي التي تتأثر بالعوامل الشخصية لأعضاء الجماعة. من أجل ذلك، وجب على إخصائي الجماعة أن يحدد نمط الاتصال، في ضوء مجموعة من المتغيرات، مثل: هدف الجماعة، وقدرات أعضاء الجماعة، والمكانة الاجتماعية، والعوامل الثقافية. وهذا كله لا يتأتي، إلا من خلال، منظومة متكاملة، لتعليم المهارة، والتدريب عليها، عن طريق المحاضرات، وورش العمل، وأن يتوافر لها الخطة الواضحة، وفريق العمل المتكامل الذي يتمتع بالقدرة على اكتساب المهارات الجديدة، وتعليها وبخاصة مهارة التحدث، والإصغاء، وقد أثبتت الدراسات أن لبرامج طريقة العمل مع الجماعات دورا فاعلا، وفعالا في تغيير سلوكيات أعضاء الجماعة، وإكسابهم العديد من المهارات، التي تساعدهم على التوافق والتكيف في المجتمع. |b Human development has become one of the very important dimensions of economic development, through many plans that work on preparing trained scientific competencies with a high level of experience, which requires the realization of democracy, freedom, human dignity, and social justice, which society seeks. Where crime is a social problem, because it has spread and its evil has become evident in all human societies, it is clearly increasing in danger. There is no doubt that the profession of social work, being a humanitarian profession, aims to help individuals, groups, and community organizations to develop their capabilities and resources, and increase their chances of a decent life. The method of working with groups works on personal growth by using the group, which is a tool, to achieve this purpose, and the interaction of the group’s personalities results in dynamics, which is what is known as social interaction that is affected by the personal factors of the members of the group. For this, the group specialist must determine the mode of communication, in light of a set of variables, such as: the goal of the group, the capabilities of the group members, social status, and cultural factors. All this can only be achieved through an integrated system to teach and train the skill through lectures and workshops, and to have a clear plan, and an integrated work team that has the ability to acquire and teach new skills, especially speaking and listening. Studies have proven that the programs of the method of working with groups have an effective and effective role in changing the behavior of group members, and providing them with many skills that help them to conform and adapt in society. | ||
