| 520 | |a بينما يشترك العالم أجمع في الخطوط العريضة للتداعيات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لفيروس كورونا غير المسبوقة في تاريخه الحديث تبقى خصوصية تأثر كل دولة مرتبطة بطبيعة المنظومة الاقتصادية بها، ومدى قدرتها على تحمل التداعيات ومواجهتها، وقدرة أفرادها على خلق وابتكار الآليات الملائمة للتعامل مع الأزمة والتكيف معها. من هذا المنطلق تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة على تساؤل مؤداه: ما الآليات التي لجأت إليها العمالة غير المنتظمة في مصر للتكيف مع الآثار الاقتصادية التي خلفتها جائحة كورونا؟ وهدفت إلى رصد آليات التكيف الاجتماعي (الاقتصادية والاجتماعية) للعمالة غير المنتظمة في مصر مع هذه الآثار، والتحقق من الكيفية التي ظهرت بها السياسة الاجتماعية للدولة المصرية كأهم آليات تكيف العمالة غير المنتظمة ومساندتهم في ظل الجائحة. |b While the whole world shares the broad outlines of the economic and social repercussions of the Corona virus, which are unprecedented in its modern history, the specificity of the impact of each country is linked to the nature of the economic system with it, and the extent of its ability to withstand and confront the repercussions, and the ability of its members to create and innovate appropriate mechanisms to deal with the crisis and adapt to it. From this point of view, this study seeks to answer a question: What are the mechanisms used by irregular workers in Egypt to adapt to the economic effects of the Corona pandemic? It aimed to monitor the social (economic and social) adjustment mechanisms of irregular employment in Egypt with these effects, and to verify how the Egyptian state's social policy has emerged as the most important mechanism for irregular employment and its support in light of the pandemic. | ||
