| المستخلص: | عني القرآن الكريم بعرض السنن الاجتماعية، فكان هدف هذا البحث دراسة تلك السنن من خلال بيان مفهومها وخصائصها وحجيتها وأهمية دراستها وعرض نموذج لها وهو التقلب في البلاد. وكان من أهم نتائج هذا البحث: أن السنن الاجتماعية تتعلق بسلوك البشر وأفعالهم ومعتقداتهم وسيرتهم في الدنيا، وفق أحوال الاجتماع والعمران البشري. وهي حجة معتبرة قطعية الدلالة على مرادها تميزت بخصائص وسمات وهي: الربانية، والعموم والشمول، والثبات والاستمرار، ومن تلك السنن التقلب في البلاد الذي فسره القرآن الكريم تفسيرا أبان فيه حكمه، لتقوم به الحجة، وتسكن إليه العقول، وتأوي إليه الأنفس. كما كان من أهم توصياته: ضرورة اختيار موضوعات بحثية قرآنية تفتقر إليها المكتبة الإسلامية، وبخاصة المتعلقة بالسنن الاجتماعية وضرورة إقامة المؤتمرات والندوات المعنية بذلك ليتم من خلالها تقديم الدراسات والبحوث المؤصلة الواسعة الشاملة لتلك السنن لتعزيز ثقة الأمة بدينها، وإثارة فاعليتها للنهوض والقيام بدورها في قيادة الحضارة كما قادها أسلافها. The Holy Quran is concerned with the presentation of social norms. The purpose of this research is to study these norms through the definition of its concept, characteristics, authority, and the importance of its study and presentation of a model on it which is the uncertainty in this country. The most important results of this research: The social norms related to the behavior of people, their actions, beliefs and their life in the world, according to the conditions of sociality and human development. This is an argument that is categorical and indicative of its meaning, characterized by: divinity, generality, inclusiveness, stability and continuity. Among these norms is the uncertainty in the country, which was interpreted by the Holy Quran as an explanation of its purpose to be an argument that comforts the souls. The most important recommendations were: The need to select Quranic research topics lacking in the Islamic library, especially related to the social norms and the need to hold conferences and seminars concerned so as to provide comprehensive studies and extensive research of those norms to enhance the nation's confidence in its religion and play its role in leading civilization as led by its predecessors. |
