| 520 | |a يتناول هذا البحث دراسة مسألة مهمة من المسائل المعاصرة وهي استخدام لاصق منع الحمل وأثره على الطهارة، حيث إنه يوضع على منطقة من الجسد ويبقى لمدة أسبوع كامل مما يمنع وصول الماء إلى ما تحته من البشرة، وقد تطرقت الدراسة إلى بيان آلية عمل لاصق منع الحمل وآثاره، والمقارنة بينه وبين أقراص منع الحمل، وبينت كذلك مسألة اشتراط وصول الماء إلى جميع البشرة لصحة الطهارة، وحكم المسح على اللواصق والعصائب ونحوها وشروط ذلك، ومن ثم حكم استعمال لاصق منع الحمل وحكم المسح عليه، وخلصت الدراسة إلى القول بعدم جواز استعمال لاصق منع الحمل بهيئته الحالية، مع وجود أقراص منع الحمل المماثلة في التركيب والعمل والآثار الجانبية، إلا للحالات التي يسبب لها أكل الأقراص مشاكل حقيقية، وذلك لوجوب استيعاب أعضاء الطهارة بإيصال الماء إليها، ووجوب إزالة كل ما يمنع وصول الماء إلى العضو حال الغسل، بالإضافة إلى أنه يشترط للترخص بالرخص الشرعية المتعلقة بالحاجة أن تكون الحاجة متعينة بأن لا يوجد سبيل آخر للتوصل إلى الغرض سوى مخالفة الحكم العام، وكما هو معلوم أن هناك مانع حمل يمكن أن تندفع به الحاجة مع المحافظة على شرط الطهارة، وهو الأقراص، وهو مشابه للواصق في آلية العمل، والآثار، والله أعلم. |b This research addresses an important issue of contemporary issues, namely the use of contraceptive adhesive and its effect on purity, as it is applied to an area of the body and stays for a whole week, which prevents water from reaching the underneath the skin, the study has addressed the statement of a contraceptive adhesive working mechanism and its implications, And compare it to the pills, It also indicated the issue of requiring water access to all skin for right purity, the Masah/ wipe judged on the adhesives and headbands and so on and the conditions for it, and then the judged of using a contraceptive adhesive and Masah/ wipe on it, the study concluded that contraceptive adhesion cannot be used in its current form, With similar contraceptive pills in installation, work and side effects, except for cases that using pills causes real problems, And that, because purity parts must absorb water into it, and must be removed everything that prevents water from reaching the part once is washed/ Ghusl, In addition, it requires to have legitimate concession/ permission for the needs to be the need without alternatives that there's only one way to achieve the purpose other than to infringe the general provision, as is known, there is a contemporary that can be used for that needs with the purity condition, which is the pills, and It is similar to the adhesives in the working mechanism, and the effects.
