| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطابق مبادئ حوكمة الجامعات في عصر الحداثة مع مبادئها في الفكر الإسلامي، وكذلك التعرف على أثر تطبيق الحوكمة الإسلامية في رفع مستوى أداء الجامعات. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي بالرجوع للأدوات البحثية المساعدة في تحقيق أهداف الدراسة والمتمثلة في القرآن الكريم والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة، والمؤتمرات والندوات والحلقات العلمية، والكتب والمجلات، الرسائل العملية والبحوث المتعلقة بحوكمة الجامعات. وتوصلت في نتائجها إلى أن حقيقة الحوكمة هي منهج وجزء من نظام الحسبة في الإسلام، كما أن جميع مبادئ الحوكمة في عصر الحداثة قد سبق الإسلام إليها، وكانت نهجا واضحا في تعليماته وتوجيهاته وتطبيقاته، بل تميز المنهج الإسلامي بربانية هذه المبادئ واتساعها وشمولها، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز المكتبة العربية بدراسات تتعلق بالتأصيل الإسلامي للحوكمة. This study aims at identifying the extent to which the contents of the university government in the modern age are identical with those of Islamic thought, as well as the effect of applying Islamic governance on raising the level of universities' performance. To achieve these objectives, the study used the inductive and deductive approach to refer to research tools that help in achieving the study’s objectives, namely, which are represented in the Holy Qur’an and the noble prophetic hadiths, conferences, seminars, scientific seminars, books and magazines, practical messages and research related to university governance. The results of concluded that governance is a method and a part of the calculation system in Islam, and that Islam has preceded all the principles of governance in modern administrative thought, and it was a clear approach in its instructions, directions and applications. The Islamic approach is distinguished by the fact that these principles comprehensive and widespread. The study recommended that the Arab Library should be strengthened with studies on Islamic legitimacy for administrative governance. |
