| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تعرف فاعلية التحول الرقمي باستخدام بعض تطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية في تنمية مهارات الأداء التقني لدى موظفي وزارة التربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان، واستخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي القائم على التصميم شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة باختبار قبلي وبعدي، وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية من موظفي ديوان عام الوزارة بلغ عددهم (170) موظفا، وذلك لما يتوافر لديهم من الخبرة والدراية باستخدام الحاسب وشبكة الويب وتطبيقاتها المختلفة، وتم تطبيق اختبار لقياس الأداء التقني في استخدام تطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية (إعداد الباحثين)، تم تصميمه إلكترونيا عبر نموذج (Google forms) وتطبيقه قبليا وبعديا، وبناء برنامج تدريبي لموظفي وزارة التربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان في تنمية مهارات الأداء التقني باستخدام تطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة الأساسية في القياسين القبلي البعدي لاختبار الأداء التقني لدى موظفي وزارة التربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وفاعلية البرنامج في تنمية مهارات الأداء التقني لدى موظفي وزارة التربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان. The aim of the current research was to investigate the effectiveness of digital transformation using some cloud computing applications in the development of technical performance skills to improve information services among the employees of the Ministry of Education in Oman. To this aim, the quasi-experimental research design based on one group with pre/post testing was adopted. The sample (N=170) was selected in a deliberate way from the staff of the Ministry General bureau, because they have the experience and knowledge of using the computer as well as the web and its various applications. A pre-post-test was applied to measure technical performance in the use of cloud computing applications to improve information services (prepared by researchers and designed electronically through Google forms). A training program was prepared for the development of technical performance skills using cloud computing applications to improve the information services of the employees of the Ministry of Education in Oman. Results of the research revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores on the pre-test and post-test of the technical performance to improve information services among the employees of the Ministry of Education in Oman in favor of the pos-test. Results showed also the effectiveness of the program in developing technical performance skills to improve information services among employees of the Ministry of Education in Oman. |
