| 520 | |b The effective management of public investment projects has become more essential today in many countries, in the face of growing pressures such as public resources. Therefore, it is necessary to rationalize public expenditure by improving its effectiveness and efficiency, through a good maturation of public investment projects. This article is mainly of a qualitative nature. Its objective is to redefine the place of the maturation phase of public projects in the effectiveness of public expenditure. The interviews with the experts interviewed enabled us to understand that public investment project management in its maturation phase considered an important lever for good governance of public expenditure. |d La gestion efficace des projets d’investissements publics est devenue plus essentielle aujourd’hui auprès de plusieurs pays, face à des pressions grandissantes telles que les ressources publiques. Donc, il est nécessaire de rationaliser la dépense publique en améliorant son efficacité et son efficience, à travers une bonne maturation des projets d’investissement publics. Cet article est principalement de nature qualitatif, son objectif est de redéfinir, la place de la phase de maturation des projets publics dans l'efficacité de la dépense publique. Les entretiens avec les experts interviewés, nous ont permis de comprendre que la gestion de projet d’investissement public en sa phase de maturation et considérée comme un levier important d’une bonne gouvernance des dépenses publiques. | ||
