| 520 | |a الصحة المهنية هي حقيقة اجتماعية ذات أهمية وقيمة كبيرة، وتشمل دراسة الفرد ككائن بيولوجي ومجتمعي. والغرض منه هو ضمان أفضل ظروف العمل وتوفير الشعور بالأمان والرفاهية. تهدف رؤية المشكلات الصحية في مكان العمل والبحث عن أسباب ونتائج الأخطار المهنية إلى فهم والتحكم في العوامل التي تفضل ظهورها. ظروف العمل هي عامل أساسي في وقوع الحوادث والأمراض المهنية ويجب أن تكون في قلب اهتمامات الشركة. أي شركة لا تدافع عن صحة وسلامة موظفيها تصبح هدفا للمخاطر التي تهدد استقرارها واستدامتها. ونتيجة لذلك، من أجل ضمان أخذ المخاطر التي تهدد وجوده وتهديده في الاعتبار، يجب على جميع الشركات، بغض النظر عن حجمها وخدمتها، أن تضع استراتيجية فعالة للحد من المخاطر وتحسين ظروف الحياة في العمل. لهذا الغرض، يمكن للعلوم الاجتماعية وعلم اجتماع الصحة على وجه الخصوص معالجة مشاكل انعدام الأمن في العمل التي تكتسب أرضية وهذا، من خلال دراسة ومراعاة التوقعات والاحتياجات الاجتماعية والنفسية للناس في العمل. |b Occupational health is a social fact of great importance and value, encompassing both the study of the individual as a biological and societal being. Its purpose is to guarantee the best working conditions and to provide a sense of security and well-being. The visibility of health problems in the workplace and the search for the causes and consequences of occupational hazards aims to understand and control the factors that favor their appearance. Working conditions are an essential factor in the occurrence of accidents and occupational diseases and must be the center of the company’s concerns. Any company that does not advocate the health and safety of its employees become a target of risks to its stability and sustainability. As a result, in order to ensure that risks that threaten and threaten its existence are taken into account, all companies, regardless of their size and service, must put in place an effective strategy to reduce risks and improve condition life at work. For this purpose, the social sciences and the sociology of health in particular can address the problems of insecurity at work which are gaining ground and this, by studying and taking into account the expectations and needs to both sociological and psychological of people at work. | ||
