| 520 | |a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف مدى تضمين حقوق الطفل في المحتوى التعليمي لمقررات العلوم الشرعية بالصفوف الثلاثة العليا بالمرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في أدبياته، وأدواته، ومناقشة نتائجه، وأعد الباحث قائمة بحقوق الطفل في الإسلام، بلغت (52) حقا موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: (الحقوق الدينية، الحقوق التربوية، حقوق المواطنة الصالحة، وحقوق التعامل مع التقنية)، ثم حلل المحتوى في ضوئها، وقد اقتصر البحث على تحليل المحتوى التعليمي لمقررات العلوم الشرعية التالية: (التوحيد، الحديث والسيرة، الفقه والسلوك) المقررة على الصفوف الثلاثة العليا بالمرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ومن أهم نتائج البحث: تباين ورود حقوق الطفل في الإسلام المتضمنة بالمحتوى التعليمي بمقررات العلوم الشرعية بالصفوف الثلاثة العليا بالمرحلة الابتدائية، وفقا للمجالات التي اعتمدها البحث، كما جاءت الحقوق التربوية في جميع المقررات أعلى توافرا، بينما جاءت حقوق المواطنة بدرجة توافر قليلة إلى قليلة جدا، وجاءت حقوق التعامل مع التقنية بدرجة توافر قليلة جدا، كما تبين أن أكثر حقوق الطفل في الإسلام المتضمنة بالمحتوى التعليمي جاءت صريحة، وجاءت النصوص أكثر أشكال بنية المحتوى التعليمي توافرا، كما اتضح أن محتوى مقرر الحديث الشريف كان أعلى المقررات من حيث توافر حقوق الطفل في الإسلام به، ثم مقرر الفقه والسلوك، فمقرر التوحيد. وقد أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات، منها: إعادة بناء المحتوى التعليمي لمقررات العلوم الشرعية بالصفوف العليا بالمرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء حقوق الطفل في الإسلام وفق المجالات التي اعتمدها البحث الحالي، تنويع بنية المحتوى التعليمي وفق أشكاله بصورة منظمة ومتكاملة ومتوازنة عند عرض حقوق الطفل في الإسلام بمقررات العلوم الشرعية بالصفوف العليا بالمرحلة الابتدائية. |b The current research aimed at identifying the extent to which children's rights are included in the educational content of forensic courses in the upper three grades of the primary education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Descriptive analytical method was used to analyze literature, administer tools, and discuss results. A list of 52 child rights in Islam was prepared by the researcher. The list included four domains (religious, educational, citizenship, and dealing with technology rights). The research was limited to the analysis of the educational content of the following forensic courses: (Tawheed, Hadith, biography, jurisprudence and behavior) assigned to the upper three grades of the primary education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Results proved the variance of the rights of the child in Islam listed in the educational content of the forensic science courses in the upper three grades of the primary education according to the domains adopted by the research. In addition, the educational rights in all courses were higher, while rights of citizenship were low to very low, and the rights to deal with technology were very low. Moreover, result showed that most of child rights in Islam listed in the educational content were explicit, and the texts were most available among the educational structure forms of the content. Furthermore, the rights of the child in Islam listed in the educational content were most available in Hadith, jurisprudence and behavior, and Tawheed respectively. The study recommended the reconstruction of the educational content of the forensic courses of the upper grades in the primary education in the light of the child’s rights in Islam according to the domains adopted by the current research. The study also recommended diversifying the educational content structure in accordance with its forms in a regular, integrated and balanced way while presenting the child’s rights in forensic science courses of the upper grades in primary education. | ||
