| المستخلص: | قامت دراسة البحث حول (الممارسات الطبية المستحدثة) "نقل كلية خنزير لجسد آدمي أنموذجا تطبيقيا" دراسة فقهية مقارنة، والتي تهدف إلى التأكيـد عـلى أن الإسلام يتيح حرية البحث العلمي بهدف إنقاذ البشرية بشرط ألا يمس بقواعد الإسلام العظيمة، وإظهار دور الإسلام في حفظ النفس وصيانتها والترغيب في الأخذ بأسباب الـصحة، وطلب التداوي، ونظرا لأهمية هذا الموضوع؛ لأن هذه الممارسات الطبية طالت الجسم البشري بكل أعضائه وأصبح هدفا لها، مما جعل القضية تطرح على أنها أبرز إحدى القضايا وأشدها أثرا وخطرا على الكيـان البشري سلكت في كتابة هـذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي، والوصفي، والتحليلي، والاستنباطي، وتناولت هذه الدراسة تعريف الممارسات الطبية، ونقل الأعضاء، وسبب اختيار الخنزير دون باقي الحيوانات وكيف تم تأهيله لإجراء هذه العملية، وحكم نقل كلية خنزير لجسد آدمي، وانتهت الدراسة بخاتمة ضمنتها النتائج التي توصلت إليها خلال البحث من أهمها أن نقل كلية خنزير لجسد آدمي يختلف حكمه بحسب اختلاف المقصود منه، فإن كان المقصود به إنقاذ النفس المحرمة ودفع الضرر الأشد بالأخف فإنه يكون مقصدا محمودا، وأما إن كـان المقصود به إهانة الآدمي وأذيته فهذا مقصد مذموم، والتوصيات من أهمها وجوب تحرير الموقف الطبي تحريرا بالغا، وفهرس بأهم المصادر التي استعنت بها، وفهرس بجميع الموضوعات التي تناولها البحث. The study of the research on (modern medical practices) "Transferring a pig’s kidney to a human body as an applied model" was a comparative jurisprudence study, which aims to confirm that Islam allows freedom of scientific research to save humanity provided that it shall not affect the principles of the great rules of Islam. In the same way, it shows the role of Islam in self-preservation, its maintenance and the encouragement to consider health reasons and to seek medication. Therefore, given the importance of this topic, because these medical practices that affected the human body with all its members, elements and derivatives and became a target for it, for which it made the submitted as one of the most prominent issues that has the impact and danger on the human body. I followed in writing this research the inductive, descriptive, analytical, and deductive approach, This study dealt with the definition of medical practices, organ transplantation, the reason for choosing the pig over the rest of the animals, how it was qualified to perform this operation and the ruling on transferring a pig’s kidney to a human body. The study ended with a conclusion that included the most important results that it was reached during the research. The most important of which is that transferring a pig’s kidney to a human body varies in ruling according to the difference in its intended purpose. If what is meant by it is saving the soul and repelling the most severe harm with the lighter, then it is a commendable intent and a legitimate act that the doer will be rewarded and praised for it. But if the intention is to insult and harm a person, then this is a reprehensible intent and a forbidden action and we do not agree with it. The most important recommendations, of which is the necessity of releasing the medical situation completely, which means: Has medicine reached the level of certainty or semi-certainty of the success of these operations, especially transfer of organs and make sure that that there are no complications in them?
