| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الضغوط المهنية ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز ومستوى الطموح لدى المشرفات التربويات في المدينة المنورة، والكشف عن العلاقة بين الضغوط المهنية وكل من دافعية الإنجاز، ومستوى الطموح لدى المشرفات التربويات في المدينة المنورة، وكذلك التحقق من اختلاف مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى المشرفات التربويات تبعا للمتغيرات: المؤهل العلمي، الحالة الاجتماعية، عدد سنوات الخدمة، التخصص. وتكونت الدراسة من عينة قوامها (126) مشرفة تربوية بإدارة تعليم منطقة المدينة المنورة، وجرى اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية. واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الضغوط المهنية، ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز، ومقياس مستوى الطموح، وجميعها من إعداد الباحثة. كما أستخدم المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من الضغوط المهنية لدى المشرفات التربويات، ووجود مستوى مرتفع من كل من دافعية الإنجاز، ومستوى الطموح لدى المشرفات التربويات، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين الضغوط المهنية وكل من دافعية الإنجاز، ومستوى الطموح لدى المشرفات التربويات، ووجود تأثير دال إحصائيا للضغوط المهنية على كل من دافعية الإنجاز، ومستوى الطموح لدى المشرفات التربويات، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وجهة نظر أفراد العينة حول تحديد مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى المشرفات التربويات تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح مؤهل الماجستير، وتبعا لمتغير التخصص لصالح ذوات التخصصات العلمية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغيري الحالة الاجتماعية، وعدد سنوات الخدمة. The study aimed to major the level of professional pressure and their relationship for both the level of achievement motivation and the level of ambition among educational supervisors in Medina, and to know the relationship between professional pressures for both of the achievement motivation and the level of ambition among the educational supervisors in Madinah, as well as to verify the difference of the professional pressure level among educational supervisors according to these Variables: educational qualification, marital status, years of experience and specialization. The study sample consisted of (126) educational supervisors in the Department of Education in al- Madinah Region, and they were randomly selected. The researcher prepared and used three scales, the professional stress scale, achievement motivation scale, and ambition level scale. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The research results found that there was a moderate level of professional pressure among female educational supervisors, a high level of both achievement motivation and level of ambition among female educational supervisors, and a negative correlation between professional pressures and both of the achievement motivation and the level of ambition related to female educational supervisors. There was a statistically significant differences in the effect professional pressure on both the achievement motivation and the level of ambition among educational supervisors. There was also a statistically significant differences between the sample members’ viewpoints on determining the level of professional pressure among educational supervisors according to the scientific qualification variable in favor of the master’s qualification, and according to the specialization variable in favor of those with scientific specialties. There were no statistically significant differences according to the marital status variables and years of experience. |
