| المستخلص: | هذه الدراسة تعنى بكشف التأثير الكبير للتقنيات الاتصالية في قناة BBC العربية ومدى توظيفها للأنترنت في طرح برامجها الإخبارية (العالم هذا المساء انموذجا). ويهدف البحث إلى بيان دور تقنيات المعلومات في تطور قناة BBC العربية والتركيز على توظيف شبكة الإنترنت في عرض البرامج الإخبارية (العالم هذا المساء للأحداث العسكرية في العراق انموذجا) للجمهور ودقة ما تقدمه من خلال الشبكة عن الأحداث العسكرية في العراق. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في هذا البحث وتوصلت الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج بناء على استبانة وزعها على عدد من الأكاديميين المهتمين بالجانب الاعلامي والشأن العراقي. وكان من بين تلك النتائج أن نسبة 35% من الإجابات أشارت إلى أن مستوى تغطية الأخبار للأحداث العسكرية في العراق وتوظيف تقنيات المعلومات فيها هي جيدة جدا وهي أعلى نسبة من بين الإجابات. أن نسبة 45% من الإجابات على سؤال سرعة متابعة الحدث فور حدوثه مع التحقق المهني والعرض المتزامن للأحداث كانت جيدا جدا وهي أعلى نسبة من بين الإجابات. كذلك فان نسبة 35% من الإجابات لخيار جيد جدا وعادلها الخيار جيد جدا وعادلها الخيار جيد بنفس النسبة وهما أعلى نسبة من بين الإجابات على سؤال مساحة التغطية التي تبث بشأن الحدث. وأن نسبة 35% من الإجابات لخيار متوسط وهي أعلى نسبة بين الإجابات على سؤال مستوى الصدق والتحقق والجدية بالخير والتعليق صورة ونصا في برنامج العالم هذا المساء. كذلك خرجت الدراسة أو البحث بعدد من التوصيات من بينها ضرورة إيجاد وسائل التفاعل بين الجمهور والقنوات الفضائية ولا يتحقق ذلك إلا بوجود مصداقية واستقلالية وموضوعية تعمل على جذب الجمهور بالإضافة إلى وجود أسس مهنية تمكن من الاستفادة من وجود القنوات على الشبكة الدولية للمعلومات لمتابعة البرامج وفقا لاهتمامات الجمهور ومن بينها برنامج العالم هذا المساء الذي يعد من برامج قناة BBC المهمة في متابعة الاحداث والمواضيع المختلفة وتحليلها. This study is concerned to reveal the significant impact of communication technologies in the Arab channel BBC and the extent of employment of the Internet put news programs (the world this evening a model). The research aims to indicate the role of Internet technologies in the development of a BBC Arabic channel and focus on the employment of the Internet in the presentation of news programs (the world this evening the military events in Iraq a model) to the public and the accuracy of what they offer through the network of military events in Iraq. The researcher has used the descriptive method in this research and concluded the researcher to the number of results based on a questionnaire distributed by a number of academics who are interested to the media and affairs of Iraq. among those results that 35% of the answers indicated that the level of news coverage of military events in Iraq, and hiring online techniques which are very good, the highest proportion among the answers.
