| المستخلص: | إن الإرهاب ظاهرة عالمية أصبحت تهدد كيان الدول. وهاجسا يقلق الإنسان ويفقده راحته في كل مكان وزمان بحيث أصبح جريمة كونية معقدة وذلك لما شهده الدول على ساحتها كل يوم من جرائم بلا حدود. والجرائر وحدة من بين الدول الأكثر تضررا بفعل الإرهاب، فقد عانت من ويلاته عشرية كاملة حتى أطلق عليها بالعشرية السوداء. ففي الوقت الذي من المفروض أن يسود المجتمع التفاهم والوئام من أجل الحفاظ على مؤسساته من الانهيار، سادت أفكار إرهابية تروج لأفكار هدامة لعل أهمها استعمال العنف والقوة في التغيير. والأسرة الجزائرية نموذجا حيا عاش آثار ومخلفات الظاهرة، بحيث أصبحت الأسرة الجزائرية تعاني العجز وذلك بعدم قدرتها على تحقيق الهدوء والسكينة داخل البيت نتيجة الخوف والذعر الذي يحيط بها يوميا ولا تستطيع مواجهته، فكل هذه العوامل تشكل لديها نوع من الإحباط من مستقبل غير مستقل ومن مجتمع لا يوفر فيه أدنى ظروف الحياة الآمنة المستقرة. كما أن الأسرة الجزائرية نتيجة الأزمة قد تخلت على العديد من قيمها ومعاييرها لأنها وقعت ضحية الوضع الأمني المتدهور فاضطرت إلى التغيير.
