| المستخلص: | تركزت الدراسة عن عوامل ازدهار الحضارة من خلال المقتبس لابن حيان القرطبي وتحددت في إلقاء الضوء على بعض العوامل التي ساعدت على ازدهار الحضارة الأندلسية مثل تطور نظام الحكم والإدارة، كما قام الأمويون بالقضاء على الصراعات لتحقيق الاستقرار السياسي، من عوامل ازدهار الحضارة الإسلامية في الأندلس دخول المذهب المالكي واتخاذه كمذهب رسمي للدولة، ولم تتوانى الدولة في محاربة الفساد والإلحاد والتطرف، وشجعت الأندلسيين على الأخذ بالعلم والانفتاح على المشرق، واستفلت الازدهار الاقتصادي في تحقيق التطور الحضاري، كما نشرت العدالة والتسامح والتكافل الاجتماعي، وأوضحت الدراسة أن كل هذه العوامل التي ذكرها ابن حيان والتي أشار إليها جل المؤرخين والمستشرقين في العصر الحديث مم يؤكد أن جل المؤرخين المسلمين أدركوا العوامل المؤدية إلى قيام الحضارات وازدهارها وأدركوا أيضاً العوامل التي أثرت على الحضارة سلبا وإيجابا، ووضحت الدراسة سمات الحضارة الأندلسية المستمدة من الحضارة الإسلامية القائمة على الموازنة بين الجانب المادي والجانب الروحي، وأظهرت أيضا بعد النظر والثقافة الواسعة للمؤرخ ابن حيان وهو إفراز طبيعي للحضارة الأندلسية التي برع في الإشارة إلى مقوماتها وعوامل ازدهارها من خلال ما أظهرته الدراسة في كتاب المقتبس. The study focused on the factors of the prosperity of civilization through the quote by Ibn Hayyan al-Qurtubi and determined to shed light on some of the factors that helped the prosperity of Andalusian civilization, such as the development of the system of governance and administration, as the Umayyads eliminated conflicts to achieve political stability, among the factors for the prosperity of Islamic civilization in Andalusia is the entry of the Maliki school And adopting it as the official doctrine of the state, and the state did not hesitate to fight corruption, atheism and extremism, and encouraged Andalusian to adopt science and openness to the East, and used economic prosperity to achieve It also published justice, tolerance and social solidarity, and the study clarified that all of these factors mentioned by Ibn Hayyan and which most of the historians and orientalists have referred to in the modem era confirms that most of the Muslim historians have recognized the factors that lead to the emergence and prosperity of civilizations and have also recognized the factors that affected civilization negatively and positively, and explained The study features characteristics of Andalusian civilization that are derived from the Islamic civilization based on the balance between the material side and the spiritual side, and also showed the wide consideration and culture of the historian Ibn Hayyan, which is a natural secretion of the Andalusian civilization, who excelled in indicating its components and factors of prosperity through what the study showed in the book Al-Muqtas. |
