| المستخلص: | تعتبر عمليات نقل وزراعة الأعضاء البشرية في المنشآت الطبية ذات أهمية كبري من حيث طبيعتها لأن هذه العمليات تتمثل في نقل عضو من جسد شخص سليم إلي جسد شخص مريض أو يتم نقل العضو من جسد شخص ميت إلى جسد شخص مريض، فيجب التعاون والتكامل بين جميع مؤسسات الدولة في مكافحة الاتجار غير المشرع بالأعضاء البشرية في المنشآت الطبية غير المرخص لها من خلال تبنى من خلال سياسة دينية تركز على الجانب الديني والأخلاقي.
