المستخلص:The purpose of this article is to cover many aspect of e-commerce, such as the most important characteristics of e-commerce, Components of e-commerce, features of ecommerce legal regulation, and how electronic (online) arbitration can contribute to the solution of e-commerce disputes. All countries' economies can benefit from electronic commerce. In the short term, most of the gains are likely to go to developed countries, but in the long term, developing countries will gain more. Through ecommerce, there will be more international trade. Knowledge will spread to the countries that are open to imports from high-income economies. Also, people think that electronic commerce will both make and take away jobs.
