| المستخلص: | البحث هو (آراء بشر المريسي التي خالف فيها مذهبه الحنفي، الطهارة والصلاة أنموذجا)، وقد وقع اختياري عليه؛ لأقدم دراسة لآرائه مقارنة بآراء المذهب الحنفي تكشف عن طبيعة المسائل التي خالف فيها فقه المذهب، ومدى هذه المخالفة، لغرض التمييز بين أقواله المخالفة، وأقوال علماء المذهب، ولتحذير الناس من التوهم والالتباس، لأن المريسي لا يعد من فقهاء الحنفية وإن كان قد أخذ الفقه في صغره عن كبار علماء المذهب؛ لأنه خرج على قواعد وأصول المذهب في آرائه. وقد قسمت البحث على خمسة مباحث: الأول: حياة بشر المريسي، ويشتمل على حياته الشخصية والعلمية. الثاني: مسائل في الطهارة، ويشتمل على طهارة البئر إذا وقع فيه حيوان فمات، وطهارة ثوب نجس تكرر غسله في إجانة. الثالث: مسائل في الصلوات الفائتة، ويشتمل على حكم ترتيبها، وإسقاطها في الإغماء. الرابع: مسائل فيما بين الإمام والمأموم، ويشتمل على من صلى المغرب منفردا، ثم أقيمت الجماعة لها، ومن سلم وعليه سجدتا السهو، ثم اقتدى به رجل. الخامس: مسائل شتى، ويشتمل على كيفية صلاة العراة، ومن خافت وحرك لسانه في القراءة ولم يسمع أذنيه. The research is (the opinions of Bishr Al-Muraisy in which he violated his Hanafi school, purity and prayer as a model), and I chose him; For the oldest study of his views compared to the opinions of the Hanafi school of thought, it reveals the nature of the issues in which the jurisprudence of the doctrine was violated, and the extent of this violation, for the purpose of distinguishing between its contradictory statements, and the sayings of scholars of the madhhab, and to warn people of illusion and confusion. Bishr al-Muraisy is not considered one of the jurists of the Hanafi school, even though he took fiqh from the senior scholars of the school of thought, because he went against the principles and principles of the school in his opinions.. The research was divided into five sections: The first: Bishr Al Muraisy's life, which includes his personal and scientific life .The second: Issues of purity, and it includes the purification of the well if an animal falls into it and dies, and the purification of an unclean garment that is repeated washing in a well. The third: Issues about the missed prayers, and it includes the ruling on ordering them and dropping them in the fainting. Fourth: Issues between the imam and the follower, and it includes the one who prayed the Maghrib alone, then the congregation was established for it, and the one who greeted him prostrated the forgetfulness, then a man followed him. Fifth: Various issues, including how to pray naked, and who is frightened and moves his tongue in recitation and does not hear his ears.
