| المستخلص: | يعد هذا البحث دراسة موضوعية ومنهجية لتبيان الدورة الحضارية للدول والممالك الإسلامية ما بين القرنين الرابع والخامس للهجرة والتي قدمها الماوردي في كتابه نصيحة الملوك مبينا فيه العديد من الاتجاهات والمحاور التي تسعى للحيلولة دون انهيار الممالك معبرا عن ذلك بالنصائح والمواعظ التي قدمها إلى الخلفاء والحكام في الممالك بعد أن كون شخصيته الفكرية وتجربته السياسية واطلاعه على تواريخ الأمم الماضية فضلا عن رتبته السياسية في بلاط الدولة العباسية جعله هذا الأمر في موضع التأثير بحكم المكانة الدبلوماسية التي نالها فاستطاع بذلك أن يرسم إطارا منهجيا سياسيا هدفه الإصلاح ومعالجة مواطن الخلل من خلال ما قدمه من كتب بهذا الصدد ومنها هذا الكتاب (نصيحة الملوك). The vision included in this study by Al-Mawardi is a political vision that discusses and explains the axes affecting the collapse of kingdoms and the deterioration of civilizations, which he included in his book (The Advice of Kings)((nassehaat al mulok)), which he presented in a distinct manner by virtue of the cultural and scientific balance that Al-Mawardi owned because it is one of the political books on the order of the Sultan and the establishment of kingdoms and the factors of their collapse. Considering that the political orientation of the countries of Islam is one of the main axes in the Quranic project, in addition to that, Islamic thought here is a political philosophy that has its own character and advantages that combined the political vision and the rule of the religious legal text, and the goal is to formulate the foundations of states as one of the rules of political behavior presented by Mawardi in the form of advice Through what he lived from the reality of his own political experience. |
