| المستخلص: | تتولى جميع الكائنات الحية الاهتمام بصغارها وتلبي جميع احتياجاتهم، كما تقوم بتدريبهم على المهارات اللازمة للتكيف مع متطلبات بيئتهم. وكون الإنسان المخلوق الأكثر قدرة على التكيف في هذا الكوكب يقوم بمهمة إعداد وتهيئة أبناءه ليتعلموا ويكتسبوا المهارات اللازمة للحياة. ويعد التعليم من أهم مؤهلات الأفراد ليكونوا قادرين على الانتفاع به في حياتهم وتحقيق رفاهيتهم. يقدم الآباء المساعدة لأبنائهم في مجالات عديدة منذ ولادتهم وحتى يصلوا إلى سن الدراسة وتستمر هذه المساعدة والدعم في النشاطات التعليمية والواجبات البيتية التي تساهم في تطوير مهاراتهم المدرسية وتؤلهم إلى أن يصبحوا مستقلين عن مساعدة وعون الآخرين. يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على نمط المساعدة التي يقدم الآباء لأبنائهم (اعتمادية - استقلالية) والفروق المحتملة بين نوع الجنس. لدى عينة من طلبة المتفوقين والمتفوقات وعددهم (٢٠٠) طالب وطالبة، وقام ببناء مقياس لهذا الغرض وفق تنظير جويس أبستين Joyce Epstein. حيث تكون المقياس من (20) فقرة تقيس (١٠) فقرات منها بعد الاعتمادية فيما تقيس الـــ (١٠) فقرت الأخرى بعد الاستقلالية. بعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحقيبة الإحصائية SPSS وجد أن غالبية أفراد العينة (١٨٣) فرد بنسبة 91.5% كانوا من نمط الاستقلالية، فيما كان عدد قليل منهم (١٧) بنسبة 8.5% من نمط الاعتمادية. لم يكن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المتفوقين والمتفوقات في متغير المساعدة الوالدية، وكانت الفروق في التحصيل دالة إحصائيا. في ختام البحث تم عرض مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. All living creatures take care of their young and meet all their needs, as well as train them in the skills necessary to adapt to the requirements of their environment. The human being, the most adaptive creature on this planet, undertakes the task of rising up and preparing his children to learn and acquire the skills necessary for life. Education is one of the most important qualifications for individuals to be able to use it in their lives and achieve their well-being. Parents provide assistance to their children in many areas from birth until they reach school age, and this help and support continues in educational activities and homework that contribute to the development of their school skills and help them become independent from the help and assistance of others. The current research aims at identify the pattern of the help that parents provide to their children (dependency - independency) and the possible differences between gender. A sample of 200 male and female superior students was chosen, and the researcher built a scale for this purpose according to Joyce Epstein's theorizing. Where the scale consists of (20) items, (10) of them measure dependency domain, while the other (10) items measure independence domain.. After analyzing the data using the SPSS statistical package, it was found that the majority of the sample (183) individuals, 91.5%, were of the pattern of independency, while a few of them (17) had an 8.5% of the dependency pattern. There were no statistically significant differences between the superior male and female in the parental assistance variable, and the differences in achievement were statistically significant. At the conclusion of the research, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented. |
