| المستخلص: | أن قناة السويس الجديدة هي في قلب رؤية قومية شاملة لإقامة أضخم منطقة صناعية وتنموية متطورة على طول خط القناة تعرف بمشروع تنمية محور قناة السويس ويمثل جانبا مهما من جوانب التنمية المستقبلية المستدامة في مصر كما أن من المعلوم أن الأبعاد التنموية والاقتصادية للقناة الجديدة لن تقتصر فقط على مجرد اختصار ساعات مرور السفن، لتصبح أسرع قناة في العالم، أو مرور السفن في الاتجاهين دون انتظار، بل إن هناك نتائج مهمة ذات صلة بتنمية محور قناة السويس. كما يهدف المشروع إلى تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية مستدامة مصحوبة بخلق مجتمعات عمرانية جديدة في شرق بورسعيد والسخنة وخليج السويس بالإضافة إلى تعزيز تواصل سيناء مع الوطن الأم وتسهيل حركة العبور بين سيناء وبقية محافظات مصر عبر الأنفاق التي تم حفرها أسفل القناة مؤخرا ومن ثم تعزيز وتثبيت أركان ودعائم الأمن القومي المصري. The new Suez Canal is at the heart of a comprehensive national vision to establish the largest industrial and developed development zone along the canal line known as the Suez Canal Corridor Development Project and represents an important aspect of sustainable future development in Egypt. The project also aims to achieve sustainable economic development accompanied by the creation of new urban communities in East Port Said, Sokhna, and the Gulf of Suez, in addition to strengthening Sinai’s communication with the motherland and facilitating the transit movement between Sinai and the rest of Egypt’s governorates through the tunnels that have been dug under the canal recently, and then strengthening and installing security pillars and pillars.
