| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على إدارة الجودة الشاملة التي تعتبر أحد أبرز المفاهيم الإدارية الحديثة التي تعمل على إحداث تغيرات جذرية في أسلوب عمل المؤسسة وفي فلسفتها وأهدافها، وبنائها للميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث أن تطوير الميزة التنافسية يعتبر هدفا استراتيجيا تسعى المؤسسات الاقتصادية لتحقيقه في ظل الغذائية، ولديها القدرة على المنافسة على المستوى العالمي. حيث اعتمدت الشركة الجودة الشاملة كأسلوب إداريا في تسيير ومساعدة للآخرين لإنجاز أعمالهم، فالكل يؤثر في جودة المنتج. This study aims to identify total quality management, which is one of the most prominent modern administrative concepts that work to bring about radical changes in the way the institution works, its philosophy and objectives, and its construction of the competitive advantage of the economic institution, as the development of competitive advantage is a strategic goal that economic institutions seek to achieve in The study also aims to identify the success of the Almarai Company’s experience with total quality management in Saudi Arabia, which qualified it to be the leading company in the food industry and has the ability to compete at the global level. Where the company has adopted total quality as an administrative method in managing and helping others to complete their work, everyone affects the quality of the product. |
