| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين اللغة وأصول فقه اللغة العربية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، والإجابة عن أسئلتها فقد استخدم الباحث كلا من المنهج: (الوصفي، والتقابلي، والتاريخي)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: إن فقه اللغة وعلم اللغة علمان متداخلان، يصعب الفصل بينهما بشكل دقيق، ومن العلماء من اعتبرهما وجهين لعملة واحدة، أو مصطلحين لمفهوم واحد، فالفروق بينهما دقيقة، ففقه اللغة مصطلح أسبق زمانيا لمصطلح علم اللغة، الذي ظهر ليوضح التركيز اللغوي، ويصف علماء اللغة فقه اللغة بأنه علم مقارن، بينما علم اللغة علم تركيبي، واقتصر بحث علماء فقه اللغة على التاريخ الخاص باللغة، أما علماء علم اللغة فبحثهم وصفي تقريري. والتطابق من الناحية اللغوية يبن الفقه والعلم، وبهذا أخذ عدد من العلماء والباحثين اللغويين فلم يفرقوا بين العلمين، وإنما جعلوا (فقه اللغة وعلم اللغة) مصطلحين لمفهوم واحد أو علم واحد. This study aimed to identify the relationship between language and the principles of jurisprudence of the Arabic language, and to achieve the goals of the study, and to answer its questions, the researcher used the following approaches: (descriptive, contrastive analysis, and historical methods). The study reached the most important results: The jurisprudence of linguistics and linguistics are two interrelated science, it is difficult to separate them accurately, and among the scholars who considered them two sides of the same coin, or two terms for one concept, the differences between them are accurate, so jurisprudence of language is a time earlier term for linguistics, which appeared to clarify the focus Linguistically, linguists describe linguistics as a comparative science, while linguistics is a structural science, and linguists’ research is limited to the history of language, while linguists consider their descriptive reports. Linguistically, congruence builds jurisprudence and science, and in this way a number of linguists and researchers took no distinction between the two sciences. Rather, they made (jurisprudence and linguistics) two terms for one concept or one science. |
