| 520 | |a تتعرض البيئة الجامعية لأخطار حقيقية تؤثر عليها أدت إلى تغير المناخ لذلك كان الطريق نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر، والانتقال إلى متطلباته تحديا مهما على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي، لذلك اتجهت الدولة إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر وقامت بوضع الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتغير المناخ 2050م، وهى استراتيجية وطنية وضعتها الدولة لتخطيط وإدارة تغير المناخ على مستويات مختلفة ودعم تحقيق غايات التنمية المستدامة وأهداف رؤية مصر 2030م، باتباع نهج مرن ومنخفض الانبعاثات، ومن ثم وضعت وسائل للحد من أسباب تغير المناخ كان منها تسعير الكربون وإنهاء دعم الوقود الأحفوري وبناء المدن المرنة المنخفضة الكربون واستخدام الطاقة المتجددة، لذلك كان هدف الدراسة هو الوقوف على دور الجامعة في تعزيز متطلبات الانتقال للاقتصاد الأخضر في ضوء الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتغير المناخ 2050م، وتحديد أدوار ووظائف الجامعة الثلاث (التدريس- البحث العلمي- خدمة المجتمع) في ضوء مصطلح الاقتصاد الأخضر، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره أكثر ملاءمة لموضوع الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الجامعة في تعزيز متطلبات الانتقال للاقتصاد الأخضر في ضوء الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتغير المناخ 2050م. |b The university environment is exposed to real dangers that affect it and led to climate change, so the path towards a green economy, and the transition to its requirements was an important challenge at the regional and global levels. Therefore, the state turned to the green economy and developed the national strategy for climate change 2050, which is a national strategy developed by the state to plan and manage change Climate at various levels and support the achievement of sustainable development goals and the goals of Egypt’s Vision 2030, by following a flexible and low-emissions approach, and then developed means to reduce the causes of climate change, including carbon pricing, ending fossil fuel subsidies, building flexible low-carbon cities and using renewable energy, Therefore, the aim of the study was to stand on the role of the university in enhancing the requirements of the transition to a green economy in the light of the national strategy for climate change 2050, and to define the three roles and functions of the university (teaching - scientific research - community service) in light of the term green economy, and the study used the descriptive analytical approach as more Appropriateness of the subject of the study, and the study reached a proposed scenario to activate the role of the university in promoting the requirements of the transition to a green economy in the light of the national strategy for climate change 2050. | ||
