| 520 | |a شهدت السنوات الأخيرة تغيرات هامة في الاهتمام بمرحلة الطفولة في مجالات علم النفس وعلم الاجتماع والخدمة الاجتماعية، وهذه التغيرات تأخذ مزيدا من الاهتمام حيث أن التنشئة الاجتماعية عملية تفاعل اجتماعي يكتسب منها الطفل شخصيته الاجتماعية عن طريق التعلم والمواقف الحياتية، وهناك قسوة من أبناء المجتمع في التعامل مع هذه الشريحة، فتراهم يعيرونهم ولا يقبلونهم ضمن إطار ونسيج هذا البناء، مما يستدعي النقمة من هذه الشريحة المظلومة فيكرهون الحياة والمجتمع، والمدافعة عن حقوق العملاء تمثل جزءا هاما من مسئولية الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين نحو عملائهم، وتقوم المؤسسات الإيوائية من خلال ممارسة المدافعة، بتقديم الخدمات التي تضمن الحد المطلوب من الرعاية للأطفال المحرومين من الأسر الطبيعية في محاولة لتوفير المقومات الأساسية التي تجعل منها بديلا مناسبا عن الأسرة الطبيعية ويعمل في هذه لمؤسسات طاقات بشرية، وهدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد ممارسة استراتيجية المدافعة في طريقة تنظيم المجتمع بالمؤسسات الإيوائية لتلبية الاحتياجات لدى الأطفال مجهولي النسب، وتوصلت نتائجها إلى أن ممارسة استراتيجية المدافعة في طريقة تنظيم المجتمع بالمؤسسات الإيوائية لتلبية احتياجات الأطفال مجهولي النسب فكان ترتيب الاحتياجات كما موضح بالجدول الاجتماعية ثم الصحية والاقتصادية وأخيرا التعليمية. |b Recent years have witnessed significant changes in the interest in childhood in the fields of psychology, sociology and social work, These changes take more attention, as socialization is a process of social interaction through which the child acquires his social personality through learning and life situations, There is cruelty in the community in dealing with this segment, so you see them slandering them and not accepting them within the framework and fabric of this building, and in light of this, the defense represents the defense of the rights of others, Advocating for clients' rights represents an important part of social workers' responsibility towards their clients, The accommodation establishments, through the practice of advocacy, By providing services that ensure the required limit of care for children deprived of natural families in an attempt to provide the basic ingredients that make it a suitable alternative to the natural family and works in these institutions for human energies, The study aimed to determine the practice of the advocacy strategy in the way of organizing society in residential institutions to meet the needs of children of unknown parentage, Its results concluded that the practice of the advocacy strategy in the way of organizing society in residential institutions to meet the needs of children of unknown parentage was the order of needs as shown in the social, health, economic and finally educational table. | ||
