| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تحديد الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مدربي الهوكي في جمهورية مصر العربية من وجهة نظر اللاعبات. تساؤلات البحث: ما هي الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مدربي الهوكي في جمهورية مصر العربية من وجهة نظر اللاعبات؟ منهج البحث: استخدموا الباحثون المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث. مجتمع البحث وعينته: يتكون مجتمع البحث من لاعبات الهوكي بجمهورية مصر والبالغ عددهم (190) لاعبة والمسجلين في الدوري العام الممتاز للهوكي أما عينة البحث فقد تكونت من (110) لاعبة بعد استبعاد (10) لاعبات لمشاركتهم ضمن التجربة الاستطلاعية و(68) لاعبة لعدم إكمالهم الاستبيان. الاستنتاج البحث إلى: ظهور سلوك الإثابة بالترتيب الأول كأفضل أسلوب قيادي لمدربي الأندية الرياضية ثم يليه الأسلوب التدريبي ثم الأسلوب الاجتماعي المساعد، تدني بالأسلوب الأوتوقراطي والذي جاء بالمركز الأخير كونه أسلوب تسلطي دكتاتوري. التوصيات: الاهتمام بأسلوبي الإثابة والتدريبي من قبل المدربين خلال التدريب والمنافسة كونهما أفضل الأساليب القيادية، تجنب الأسلوب القيادي الأوتوقراطي عند التعامل مع اللاعبات خلال التدريب والمنافسة كونه أسلوب تسلطي دكتاتوري، ضرورة إجراء بحوث ودراسات مشابهة وعلى بقية الفعاليات الرياضية ولكلا الجنسين، ضرورة إشراك المدربين في دورات تدريبية للتعرف على الأساليب القيادي بإشراف متخصصين في علم النفس الرياضي، وذلك للتأكيد على دور القيادي خلال التدرب والمنافسة. The research aims to determine the leadership styles prevalent among hockey coaches in the Arab Republic of Egypt from the players’ point of view. Research questions: What are the dominant leadership styles among hockey coaches in the Arab Republic of Egypt from the players’ point of view? Research Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive approach for its relevance to the nature of the research. The research community and its sample: The research community consists of hockey players in the Republic of Egypt, whose number is 190 players and registered in the Premier League for hockey. The research sample consisted of (110) players after excluding (10) female players for participating in the exploratory experiment, and (68) female players for not completing the questionnaire. The conclusion of the research to: The emergence of reward behavior in the first order as the best leadership style for coaches of sports clubs, followed by the training method, then the social assistant method, declining in the autocratic style, which came in last place, as it is an authoritarian, dictatorial style. Recommendations: Paying attention to the reward and training methods by coaches during training and competition as they are the best leadership styles, avoiding the autocratic leadership style when dealing with female players during training and competition as it is a dictatorial style, the necessity of conducting similar research and studies on the rest of the sporting events and for both sexes, the necessity of involving coaches in courses Training to identify leadership styles under the supervision of specialists in sports psychology, to emphasize the role of leadership during training and competition. |
