| المستخلص: | "هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم التوعية الفكرية في الجامعات السعودية ونشأتها، وبيان العلاقة بين التوعية الفكرية والأمن الفكري، وتوضيح المعايير الأساسية للعاملين بالتوعية الفكرية في الجامعات السعودية، وكذلك المعايير الفرعية للعاملين بالتوعية الفكرية في الجامعات السعودية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وبتطبيق أداة الاستبيان. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الوعي الفكري هو محتوى يرتكز على ثوابت شرعية وإنسانية واجتماعية، يعمل وفق آليات معينة وخاصة تحقق الأمن الفكري، وإلى ضرورة وجود أكاديميين يعملون في وحدات التوعية الفكرية من ذوي التخصصات الفكرية، وتنطبق عليهم المعايير التي تكون من العوامل المحققة لرسالة وأهداف وزارة التعليم، لذا فإن المتخصصين في الأمن الفكري اتفقوا على ضرورة توافر المعايير الشخصية والفكرية والمهنية والإعلامية والتطبيقية والتقويمية بتفصيلاتها المحددة في الدراسة للعاملين بالتوعية الفكرية في الجامعات السعودية، ولذلك فإن إعادة النظر في صفات وتخصصات العاملين في وحدات التوعية الفكرية، ليكونوا أكثر ملاءمة لطبيعة العمل بما يحقق الأهداف السامية، بحيث لا يكون اختيار الأعضاء العاملين في وحدات التوعية الفكرية، مبنيا على المعرفة أو الميول أو التكتلات الفكرية، ومن الأنسب أن تكون هناك جهة أو لجنة عليا في الجامعة هي المسؤولة عن اختيار العاملين في وحدة التوعية الفكرية بمن فيهم رئيس الوحدة، وفق المعايير الخاصة الصحيحة." "This study aimed to identify the concept of intellectual awareness in Saudi universities and its origin, and to illuminate the relationship between intellectual awareness and intellectual security, and to explain the basic standards for workers in intellectual awareness in Saudi universities, as well as the sub-standards for workers in intellectual awareness in Saudi universities. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, and by applying the questionnaire tool. The study find out that intellectual awareness is content that is based on legal, humanitarian and social perspectives, and works according to certain and special mechanisms that achieve intellectual security, and the necessity of having academics working in intellectual awareness units with intellectual specializations, and the standards that are among the factors which achieve the mission and objectives of the Ministry, so the specialists in intellectual security have agreed on the necessity of the availability of personal, intellectual, professional, informational, applied and evaluation standards in its specified details in the study for those working in intellectual awareness in Saudi universities. Therefore, the reconsideration of the characteristics and specializations of workers in the intellectual awareness units, so that they are more appropriate to the nature of the work in order to achieve the lofty goals, so that the selection of members working in the intellectual awareness units is not based on knowledge, tendencies, or intellectual clusters, and it is more appropriate to have a body or a higher committee at the university that is responsible for selecting the employees of the intellectual awareness unit, including the unit head, according to the correct special criteria." |
