| المستخلص: | The companies engage to develop their activities by various measures including the establishment of a numerical agenda based on performance, customers, innovation and technology, in a particular data of analysis and communication tools. The study aims to clarify the use of numeric and ITC (communication and Information technology) in very small enterprise (VSE) and small and medium enterprise (SME). Indeed at the end of our work we concluded that the Algerian micro-enterprise crustasay is a successful model in the integration of ICT and numerical transformation using numeric systems for the management, for the best profitability and a customs system to access the export. Les entreprises se sont engagées à développer leurs activités par divers mesures notamment la mise en place d’un agenda numérique basé sur la performance, les clients, l’innovation et la technologie en particulier les outils d’analyse de données et de communication .Cette étude vise à clarifier l’usage de la numérisation et de technologie de l’information et de la communication(TIC) dans les très petites entreprises(TPE) et les petites et moyennes entreprises(PME). En effet au terme de notre travail nous avons conclu que la microentreprise Algérienne (crustasy), est un modèle réussi de l’intégration des TIC et la transformation numérique de son activité en utilisant des systèmes numériques de gestion pour une meilleure rentabilité, et un système bancaire et douanier pour accéder à l’export. |
