| المستخلص: | The research review the honorary charter for digital media, and the number of principles that came in this regard, such as responsible freedom, the right to knowledge, respect for freedom of expression and information. As well as the right to vary and privacy, the field research is cleared for the Charter of values, including the global human rights information and the principles of the Constitution. The research discusses professional and ethical standards for digital media through, enshrining the export of substantive values, equity, justice, balance, clarity, and accuracy, during dissemination of information, news, or digital report. The research emphasizes the importance of not violating privacy and not publishing news only after confirming its ratification, and commitment to distinguish between editing, services, entertainment, and on the media or promotional content on the other. Research is also exposed to correspond to the errors that occur during the speed of transmission of the event to compete for the media. The research emphasizes the importance of non-compressor to getting up and tracking the media platform, through crooked and vocational rules, and we recently asked a strange incident from a platform hosted by a call from heart surgeon. |
