| 520 | |a تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة تضمين معايير الحوكمة (الشفافية، المساءلة، المشاركة، المساواة، التمكين، اتخاذ القرار) في التخطيط الاستراتيجي لجامعة أم القرى، والتوصل إلى مؤشرات مقترحة لتضمين الحوكمة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي بجامعة أم القرى، حيث استخدم المنهج الوصفي للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، والاستبانة كأداة لها، ووزعت على أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومن في حكمهم المكلفين بمناصب إدارية، بجامعة أم القرى بمكة مكرمة، حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة على كامل المجتمع وعاد منها (١٠٥) استبانة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: أن درجة تضمين معايير الحوكمة (الشفافية، المساءلة، المشاركة، المساواة، التمكين، اتخاذ القرار) في التخطيط الاستراتيجي لجامعة أم القرى جاءت بمتوسط مرجح (302.7) وقوة نسبية (57.7%)، وبذلك يكون مستوى المحور قويا، وجاءت المعيار مرتبة كالتالي: معيار المساواة بوزن مرجع (326.6) وقوة نسبية (62.2%)، معيار الشفافية بوزن مرجح (323.9) وقوة نسبية (61.7%)، ومعيار التمكين بوزن مرجح (305.5) وقوة نسبية (58.2%)، ومعيار المساءلة بورن مرجح (297.8) وقوة نسبية (56.7)، ومعيار اتخاذ القرارات بوزن مرجح (291.6) وقوة نسبية (55.5%)، ومعيار المشاركة بورن مرجح (271.0) وقوة نسبية (51.6%)، وجاء مستوى المؤشرات المقترحة لتضمين الحوكمة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي بجامعة أم القرى جاء بمتوسط مرجع (426.7) وقوة نسبية (81.3%)، وبذلك يكون مستوى المحور قويا. |b The study aims to reveal the degree of inclusion of governance standards (transparency, accountability, participation, equality, empowerment, decision-making) in the strategic planning of Umm Al-Qura University, and to reach suggested indicators to include governance in strategic planning at Umm Al-Qura University, and use the descriptive approach to answer the study questions And the questionnaire as a tool for it, and it was distributed to faculty members and the like who are assigned to administrative positions, at Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, where the questionnaire was distributed to the entire community and 105 questionnaires were returned from it, The degree of inclusion of governance criteria (transparency, accountability, participation, equality, empowerment, decision-making) in the strategic planning of Umm Al-Qura University came with a weighted average (302.7) and a relative strength (57.7%), and thus the level of the axis is strong, and the criterion is arranged as follows: Weight- weighted equality (326.6) and relative strength (62.2%), the transparency criterion with weighted weight (323.9) and relative strength (61.7%), the empowerment criterion weighted (305.5) and relative strength (58.2%), the accountability criterion weighted (297.8) and relative strength (56.7%), the decision-making criterion with weighted weight (291.6) and relative strength (55.5%), the participation criterion with weighted weight (271.0) and relative strength (51.6%), and the level of governance indicators in strategic planning at Umm Al-Qura University came with a weighted average (426.7). and relative strength (81.3%), so the pivot level is strong. | ||
