| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين المشاركة المعرفية والرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي التربية الرياضية بالمملكة العربية السعودية بمنطقة حائل، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الفروق في ذلك تبعا لمتغيري كل من الجنسية وسنوات الخبرة، ولتحقيق ذلك أستخدم الباحث استبانة كل من (المشاركة المعرفية) و(الرضا الوظيفي) كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من عينة استطلاعية قومها (٣٠) وعينة أساسية قوامها (91) من معلمي التربية الرياضية للمرحلة الاعدادية بمنطقة حائل، وقد أظهرت نتائج الوصفية للبحث إلى أن قيمة (كا٢) المحسوبة أكبر من الجدولية (9.49)، لجميع العبارات الخاصة بالاستبيانين، حيث تراوحت قيمة (كا٢) المحسوبة ما بين (56.96: 10.26) لاستماراتي "المشاركة المعرفية" و"الرضا الوظيفي"، مما يظهر وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في كل العبارات، وكما دلت النتائج في ضوء فروض البحث الي وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبه دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) بين المشاركة المعرفية بمحاورها والرضا الوظيفي بمحاوره، كما انه توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين المشاركة المعرفية بمحاورها والرضا الوظيفي بمحاوره لصالح بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية (الجنسية- سنوات الخبرة) لعينه البحث، ولا توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات السعوديين والمقيمين عينة البحث في استبيان المشاركة المعرفية والرضا الوظيفي وكانت أهم التوصيات البحث هي ضرورة اهتمام المدارس بتشجيع العمل الفرقي والتعاون بين معلمي التربية الرياضية بهدف تقوية العلاقات والروابط وتشجيعهم على المشاركة المعرفية بما يحقق الرضا الوظيفي لديهم. " The research aims to identify the relationship between cognitive participation and job satisfaction for teachers of physical education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the region of Hail, in addition to identifying the differences in that according to the variables of both nationality and years of experience, and to achieve this, the researcher used the questionnaire of both (cognitive participation) and (job satisfaction) As a tool for collecting data and information from an exploratory sample of (30) and a core sample of (91) from physical education teachers for the intermediate stage in the region of Hail, the descriptive results of the research showed that the calculated value of (Ca2) is greater than the tabular (9.49), for all expressions of the two questionnaires , With the calculated value of (Ka2) ranged between (56.96: 10.26) for the ""cognitive sharing"" and ""job satisfaction"" forms, which shows the presence of statistically significant differences in all phrases, and as the results indicated in the light of the research hypotheses, there is a positive correlation that is statistically significant At a level (0.05) between cognitive participation with its axes and job satisfaction with its axes, there is also a correlation relationship between cognitive participation with its axes and job satisfaction with its axes in favor of some demographic variables (nationality - years of experience) for the research sample, and there are no differences between the averages of the degrees of Saudis and residents of the research sample in a questionnaire Knowledge sharing and contentment The functional and was the most important recommendations of research is the need for schools to encourage interest Alvrgi work and cooperation between the physical education teachers in order to strengthen relations, links and encourage them to share knowledge in order to achieve job satisfaction they have." |
