| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى استشراف مسارات تطوير حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية وتداعيات ذلك على تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للجامعات، في ضوء ما تتمتع به حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية من أهمية كبيرة في تشجيع الابتكار، ونشر الثقافة الريادية، ودعم المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، بالإضافة إلى ما تقدمه من خدمات متعددة للشركات والقطاعات الإنتاجية، إلى جانب دورها في تنمية البحث العلمي وتحسين جودته، ونقله من مرحلة البحث والدراسة إلى مرحلة التنفيذ والتطبيق؛ وهو ما ينعكس على دعم الميزة التنافسية للجامعات وتحقيق وظيفتها الرابعة التي تتمثل بمشاركتها الفعالة في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في توضيح وتحليل أبعاد الدراسة، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على أحد أساليب المنهج الوصفي وهو أسلوب الدراسات الارتباطية في بيان العلاقة بين حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية وتعزيز الميزة التنافسية للجامعات، ونظرا لكون الهدف من الدراسة يحمل الطابع الاستشرافي فقد استخدمت أسلوب التحليل البيئي الرباعيSWOT Analysis في الكشف عن واقع حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في مصر، والاستفادة من البدائل الاستراتيجية الناتجة عن هذا التحليل في استشراف مستقبل تطوير حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية، كما استخدمت الدراسة أحد الأساليب الاستشرافية وهو أسلوت السيناريوهات؛ فقدمت ثلاثة سيناريوهات مستقبلية لمسارات تطوير حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية هي السيناريو: (المرجعي، والإصلاحي، والابتكاري) تم عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء العاملين بحاضنات الأعمال الجامعية لاختيار السيناريو الأقرب للتحقق بالمستقبل في ضوء معطيات الواقع الذي يعملون به، ورأى العدد الأكبر منهم أن السيناريو الابتكاري هو الأقرب للحدوث، وهو ما يتطلب التخطيط له وإعداد الاستراتيجيات اللازمة التي تمكن من تحقيقه بما لذلك من تداعيات في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للجامعات. The study aimed to explore the paths of developing university business incubators and its implications on enhancing the competitive advantage of universities, in light of the great importance of university business incubators in encouraging innovation, spreading entrepreneurial culture, and supporting small and medium enterprises, in addition to the multiple services they provide to companies and Productive sectors, in addition to its role in developing scientific research and improving its quality, and moving it from the stage of research and study to the stage of implementation and application; Which is reflected in supporting the competitive advantage of universities and achieving their fourth function, which is their effective participation in the development of the national economy. The descriptive approach was used to clarify and analyze the dimensions of the study. The study also relied on one of the methods of the descriptive approach, which is the studies relational method in explaining the relationship between university business incubators. Enhancing the competitive advantage of universities, and given that the objective of the study is prospective, one of the prospective methods was used, which is the scenarios method; it presented three future scenarios for the development paths of university business incubators. They were presented to a group of experts working in university business incubators to choose the scenario closest to verification in the future in light of the realities in which they work, and the largest number of them saw that the innovative scenario is The closest to happening, which requires planning and preparing the necessary strategies that can be achieved with its repercussions in enhancing the competitive advantage of universities. |
