| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث الحالي إلى تطبيق برنامج تدريب إلكتروني عبر الويب وقياسي فاعلية البرنامج في تنمية مهارات استخدام الفصول الافتراضية لدى طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم والاتجاه نحو، وتم تحديد قائمة المهارات اللازمة لاستخدام الفصول الافتراضية وبلغت عينة البحث 30 طالب من طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم بجامعة عين شمس. وقد اتبع هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي: في رصد وتحليل الدراسات والأدبيات المتصلة بالإطار النظري لتحديد قائمة لمهارات استخدام الفصول الافتراضية. كما اعتمدا البحث على المنهج شبة التجريبي: لقياس فاعلية برنامج التدريب الإلكتروني في تنمية كل من الجانب المعرفي والمهاري لاستخدام الفصول الافتراضية لدى طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم وأيضا قياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية الاتجاه نحو التدريب عبر الويب وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم في القياس القبلي والبعدي لإجراء التجربة لصالح التطبيق البعدي مما يدل على أن برنامج التدريب عبر الإنترنت له أثر إيجابي أدي إلى رفع مستوى الجانب المعرفي والمهارات الأدائية في استخدام الفصول الافتراضية في العلمية التعليمية لدى طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم وأوصى البحث بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لتدريب طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم على كيفية إنشاء واستخدام الفصول الافتراضية في العملية التعليمية. The current research aimed to apply an electronic training program via the web and measure the effectiveness of the program in developing the skills of using virtual classrooms among students of educational technology and the trend towards, and the list of skills necessary to use virtual classrooms was determined, and the research sample amounted to 30 students of educational technology students at Ain Shams University. This research has followed the descriptive analytical approach: in monitoring and analyzing studies and literature related to the theoretical framework to determine a list of skills for using virtual classrooms. The research also relied on the quasi-experimental approach: to measure the effectiveness of the electronic training program in developing both the knowledge and skill side of using virtual classrooms among educational technology students, as well as measuring the effectiveness of the training program in developing the trend towards training via the web. The results of the research resulted in the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of Significance (0.05) between the average scores of educational technology students in the tribal and remote measurements to conduct the experiment in favor of the dimensional application, which indicates that the online training program has a positive impact that led to raising the level of the cognitive aspect and performance skills in the use of virtual classrooms among educational technology students. The research recommended the need to hold Training courses and workshops to train educational technology students on how to create and use virtual classrooms in the educational process. |
