| المستخلص: | تعد الاجتماعات إحدى وسائل الاتصال الإداري، التي تلجأ إليها المؤسسة عند مناقشة موضوعات ذات أهمية بالنسبة لها، أو تأثير مباشر في العاملين بها، ويكون من الضروري مناقشتها بصورة جماعية. كما أنها وسيلة بناءة لصناعة القرار وتحقيق الأهداف. وقد تبين للباحث انعقاد عدد كبير جدا من الاجتماعات على مدار العام الأكاديمي نتيجة لأنشطة الجامعات والكليات والمعاهد المصرية، كما اتضح له أن هذا العدد الكبير من الاجتماعات ينطوي على كم هائل من المعلومات الغنية، الأكاديمية، ذات الطبيعة الخاصة، المتضمنة في وثائق هذه الاجتماعات، وقد دفعه ذلك إلى دراسة الوضع الحالي لوثائق اجتماعات مجالس الجامعات المصرية، ودراسة بياناتها، من خلال عينة عشوائية بسيطة من هذه المجالس، وذلك في إطار مفهوم نظم معلومات الاجتماعات، وكذلك الوقوف على أحوال نظام معلومات الاجتماعات الحالي بهذه الجهات، ومحاولة: 1- وضع نموذج لإنشاء نظام معلومات الاجتماعات في الجامعات المصرية، من منظور إدارة معرفة الاجتماع. 2- وضع تصور لاستخدام التكنولوجيات التعاونية كأساس لتصميم نظام معلومات الاجتماعات المقترح. 3- وضع تصور لنموذج بيانات مقترح لاجتماعات مجالس الجامعات المصرية، من خلال تطبيق مواصفات تطبيق محاضر الاجتماعات الذكية Smart Meeting Minutes Application Specifications. اعتمدت الدراسة على البحث الميداني الوصفي التحليلي منهجا لها، كما استعان الباحث بالمقابلة المقننة، والمعاينة المقننة، وقائمة المراجعة في جمع البيانات من مجتمع البحث. Meetings are considered one of the administrative means of communication, which the institution uses when discussing topics of importance to it, or a direct influence on its employees, and it is necessary to discuss them collectively. It is also a constructive means of decision-making and achieving goals. It became evident to the researcher that a very large number of meetings were held throughout the academic year as a result of the activities of Egyptian universities, colleges, and institutes, and it became clear to him that this large number of meetings contain a huge amount of rich, academic information, of a special nature, included in the documents of these meetings. This prompted him to study the current status of Egyptian universities councils' meeting documents, and to study its data, through a simple random sample of these councils, within the framework of the concept of meeting information systems, as well as to study the conditions of the current meeting information system in these councils, and try: 1- Developing a model for establishing a meeting information system in Egyptian universities, from the perspective of Meeting Knowledge management. 2- Conceptualizing the use of collaborative technologies as a basis for designing the proposed meeting information system. 3- Developing a proposed data model for the meetings of Egyptian universities councils, by applying Smart Meeting Minutes Application Specifications. The study relied on field research, descriptive and analytical as its method. The researcher also used the standardized interview, the standardized inspection, and the checklist to collect data from the research community. |
