| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع استخدام تقنية البلوكتشين حيث يكتسب الموضوع أهميته من واقع التطورات المالية والتقنية التي تشهدها الساحة المالية العالمية، وذلك من خلال إبراز التطبيقات المختلفة التي تستعمل تقنية البلوكتشين التي يمكن اعتبارها أداة للتحول الرقمي، ومواكبة التطورات التكنولوجيا الحاصلة من أجل ضمان الاستمرارية والتطور. إضافة لإبراز آلية عمل تقنية البلوكتشين وإمكانية الاستفادة من مزاياها في الإدارة والتمويل، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن توظيف هذه التقنية سيمكن من توفير عامل الثقة والوصول إلى قاعدة عريضة من المستثمرين، حيث تساعد على جمع الأموال اللازمة للتطوير، علاوة على أن لا مركزية هذه التقنية هي أحد أهم الأمور اللازمة، كذلك يمكن استخدام البلوكتشين في حفظ وأرشفة الوثائق حول العالم وإدارة الأصول واستثماراتها، وتنظيم العلاقات التعاقدية للجهات مع مستفيديها ومختلف الأطراف من جهة أخرى، ورصد النمو وبناء قاعدة متكاملة وتعزيز الشفافية فيها. |b This study aims to shed light on the reality of the use of Blockchain technology, as the topic acquires its importance from the reality of financial and technical developments in the global financial arena, by highlighting the various applications that use Blockchain technology, which can be considered as a tool for digital transformation, and keeping pace with technological developments in order to ensure Continuity and evolution. In addition to highlighting the working mechanism of the blockchain technology and the possibility of benefiting from its advantages in management and financing, the study concluded that employing this technology will enable to provide the factor of confidence and reach a broad base of investors, as it helps to collect the funds necessary for development, in addition to the decentralization of this technology is One of the most important things needed, the blockchain can also be used to save and archive documents around the world, manage assets and their investments, organize contractual relationships with their beneficiaries and various parties on the other hand, monitor growth, build an integrated base and enhance transparency in it. | ||
