| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة معرفة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق التعليم عن بعد، وفرص نجاحه بمنطقة الباحة، خلال أزمة انتشار كوفيد-19، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (88) قائد مدرسة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أبرز التحديات تتمثل في: وجود عوائق لدى الأسر التي لديها عدد من الأبناء في توفير متطلبات استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في التعليم عن بعد، وغياب التواصل الحسي والجسدي بين الطالب والمعلم، وضعف خطوط خدمة الإنترنت، وضعف البنية التحتية للمدارس من حيث الأدوات والأجهزة اللازمة، وصعوبة متابعة المعلمين من قبل الإدارة عند تنفيذهم لجلسات استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في التعليم عن بعد، وصعوبة تطبيق التعليم عن بعد في بعض المقررات التي تحتاج إلى مهارات عملية، وعدم وجود الخبرة الكافية لدى المعلمين حول طريقة توظيف أدوات التعليم عن بعد. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أبرز فرص نجاح استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس تتمثل في دعم الإدارة العليا للتعليم عن بعد، وفي توفير منصات تفاعلية داعمة للتعليم الإلكتروني يمكن وصول الطلاب إليها بسهولة ويسر، وتوفير فرص لتطوير المعلمين في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني. The study aimed to identify the most prom¬inent challenges facing the use of distance education and its chances of success in the al-Baha during the Covid-19 pandemic. To achieve the objectives of the study, the re¬searcher used the descriptive method. He used the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample of the study consisted of (88) school leaders. The results of the study showed that the most prominent challenges are: the presence of obstacles facing fam¬ilies with a number of children in providing the requirements of the use of e-learning in distance education, lack of sensory and physical communication between the stu¬dent and teacher, poor internet service, poor infrastructure of schools in terms of the necessary tools and devices, difficulty in following teachers by administration during the implementation of e-learning sessions in distance education, difficulty in applying dis¬tance education in some courses requiring practical skills, and lack of sufficient experi¬ence Teachers on how to employ distance learning tools The results of the study also showed that the most prominent chances of successful using e-learning in distance edu¬cation from the point of view of school lead¬ers are the support of senior management of distance education, providing interactive platforms for supportive e-learning that can be easily accessible to students, and pro¬vide opportunities for teacher development in e-learning. |
