المستخلص:The present study aims to: 1-check the differences between the mean scores of members of the judiciary separately and lawyers in both Coping styles with stress and Psychological adjustment. 2- Check the size of the real contribution of the Coping styles with stress as independent variables in predicting Psychological adjustment as dependent variable among a sample of members of the judiciary separately and lawyers.: the basic sample consisted of (202) is composed of: (98) of the members of the judiciary, (102) lawyers. the researcher using the following measurements: - Coping styles with stress list: Prepared by (Carver& Scheier 1989) translation and legalization (Zizi El Sayed Ibrahim 2006).And psychological adjustment Scale: Prepared by Zainab Shakir (2003). The study concluded that several of the most important results:- There are significant differences between the mean scores of members of the judiciary and lawyers in both, Coping styles with stress, and Psychological adjustment. 3.contributed to Coping styles with stress is statistically significant in predicting Psychological adjustment among a sample of members of the judiciary separately and lawyers in the individual methods. Where it contributed to the following styles (planning, suppression of competing activities, refer to religion, to use procedural social support) in the prediction of Psychological adjustment and dimensions in a sample of lawyers.
