| المستخلص: | The Post Office, thanks to its extensive and relatively accessible network, is one of the key players in the democratization of financial services to the entire population. As part of the electronic banking development program, Algeria Post, in particular, contributes fully to inclusive finance. The launch of the Edahabia card shows the strong commitment of the institution to strengthen the practice of electronic banking to achieve the objectives of inclusive finance for all. This contribution is both a description of the Algerian situation in terms of access to electronic banking but also an analysis of the impact of actions on the ground that have been undertaken by the Post Office of Tizi-Ouzou in this area. Finally, insofar as the obstacles to access faced by a large part of the population persist, we will attempt to identify the obstacles and propose some avenues to promote electronic banking at both national and regional levels. La Poste, grâce à son réseau étendu et relativement accessible, est l’un des acteurs incontournable de la démocratisation des services financiers à l’ensemble de la population. S’inscrivant dans le programme de développement monétique, Algérie Post, en particulier, contribue pleinement à la finance inclusive. Le lancement de la carte Edahabia dénote l’engagement fort de l’établissement à renforcer la pratique monétique pour atteindre les objectifs d’une finance inclusive pour tous. Cette contribution se veut à la fois une description de la situation algérienne en matière d’accès à la monétique mais aussi une analyse de l’impact des actions sur le terrain qui ont été entreprises par les Postes de Tizi-Ouzou en la matière. Enfin, dans la mesure où les obstacles à l’accès auxquels se heurtent une bonne partie de la population persistent, nous tenterons d’identifier les freins et proposer quelques pistes favorisant la promotion de la monétique tant au niveau national que régional. |
