المستخلص:يعد ابن معطي (564-628ه) من أبرز علماء العربية؛ لا سيما أن مؤلفاته قد حظيت بالقبول وشغلت العلماء، واستطاعت أن تجعل لنفسها مكانة، وتكون محلا للدرس. ولا شك أن الدراسات الببليوجرافية التي تسعى لتتبع آثار العلماء المخطوطة في مكتبات العالم وحصرها: تحظى بأهمية كبيرة عند المشتغلين بتحقيق النصوص وعلوم المخطوطات؛ إذ من شأنها الدلالة على أماكن وجود النسخ الخطية وتيسير عمليات البحث والدراسة. إن الهدف الرئيس للدراسة: حصر الآثار العلمية المخطوطة لابن معطي في مكتبات العالم، وكذا جهود العلماء حولها شرحا وتقريبا؛ من خلال تتبع الأخبار الواردة في كتب التراجم والطبقات، والببليوجرافيات المتنوعة، وفهارس المخطوطات العربية، وقواعد البيانات.

Ibn Muʽtī (564–628 AH) is considered one of the most eminent Arab philologists. His works were widely welcomed and recognized by scholars for their scientific quality, and thus, enjoyed considerable academic attention. Bibliographical studies aiming at tracing, exclusively listing and locating manuscripts of various scholars in world collections are quite significant for manuscript editors and scholars as they facilitate their research and study. The main aim of this paper is to furnish an exclusive index of the scholarly manuscripts of Imam Yāhyā b. Muʽtī’s works and their commentaries in world libraries. This was made possible by consulting Arabic books of biographies and bibliographies, as well Arabic manuscript catalogs and databases. The paper has two supplements: The first contains rare manuscript samples of Imam Yāhyā b. Muʽtī’s works and their commentaries. The second is an exhaustive list of what has been published of his works, as well as academic treatises and dissertations taking Ibn Muʽtī’ as their theme.
