| 520 | |b Research work in the human and social sciences, notably in sociolinguistics, includes a part of "innovation" through the involvement of the researcher but also through the subjects he decides to deal with. Might one not say, after all, that all research is "innovative" when the researcher takes a "reflective" look at the work he is carrying out, by agreeing to affirm what builds him socially and involves him in his research? Through this article, we attempt to summarize the paradigms that articulate the epistemology of research in the human and social sciences. It is, then, from this angle that we will come back to the various works that we have carried out in sociolinguistics to highlight, through a retrospective look, the part of innovation in the research carried out. |d Les travaux de recherche en sciences humaines et sociales, notamment en sociolinguistique, comportent une part d’« innovation » à travers l’implication du chercheur mais aussi par le biais des sujets qu’il décide de traiter. Ne pourrait-on pas dire, finalement, que toute recherche est « innovante » dès lors que le chercheur pose un regard « réflexif » sur les travaux qu’il mène, en acceptant d’affirmer ce qui le construit socialement et l’implique dans sa recherche. Par le biais de cet article, nous tentons de récapituler les paradigmes qui articulent l’épistémologie de la recherche en sciences humaines et sociales. C’est, alors, sous cet angle que nous reviendrons sur les différents travaux que nous avons menés en sociolinguistique pour mettre en exergue, à travers un regard rétrospectif, la part d’innovation dans les recherches effectuées. | ||
