المستخلص:يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة القياس وأثره في باب الجنايات والحدود، مستشهدا بنماذج تطبيقية للقياس الشرعي المستوفي لأركانه وشروطه، وذلك من خلال مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة تضمنت نتائج الدراسة. أما المقدمة: وقد اشتملت على الخطبة، وسبب اختيار الموضوع، وخطة البحث، ومنهجية البحث. المبحث التمهيدي: وقد عنى ببيان معنى كل من القياس والجنايات والحدود في اللغة والاصطلاح. المبحث الأول: القياس في الجنايات واشتمل على مطلبين وهي كالآتي: المطلب الأول: قياس قتل الجماعة بالواحد على قطع الجماعة في السرقة. المطلب الثاني: قياس الجوارح المعلمة على الكلاب المعلمة. المبحث الثاني: القياس في الحدود، واشتمل على مطلبين: المطلب الأول: قياس علي-رضى الله عنه-شارب الخمر على القاذف. المطلب الثاني: قياس النباش على السارق في وجوب الحد. ثم خاتمة ضمنتها أهم النتائج المستفادة من البحث.

This research aims to study measurement and its impact in the chapter on crimes and limits, citing applied models of legal measurement that fulfill its pillars and conditions, through an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion that included the results of the study. The introduction: it included the sermon, the reason for choosing the topic, the research plan, and the research methodology. Introductory topic: It was concerned with clarifying the meaning of each of the analogies, crimes and limits in language and terminology. The first topic: Measurement in felonies and includes two requirements, which are as follows: The first requirement: Measuring the killing of the group by one over the pieces of the group in theft: The second requirement: the measurement of the prey on the marked dogs. The second topic: Measurement within limits, and includes two requirements: The first requirement: the measurement of Ali, the drinker of wine, on the thrower. The second requirement: the comparison of the digger to the thief in the necessity of the punishment. Then a conclusion included the most important results learned from the research.
