| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على توظيف التنظيمات الإرهابية لوسائل التواصل الإلكتروني (دراسة وصفية للمخاطر وكيفية المواجهة)، تكمن أهمية الدراسة في كونها تسعى لشرح توظيف تلك التنظيمات لوسائل التواصل الإلكتروني، ومن المعروف أن وسائل التواصل الإلكتروني أصبحت عرضة للتوظيف ومن قبل العديد من التنظيمات التي تسعى لتوصيل رؤيتها عبر هذه الوسائط. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الوصفي التحليلي بغية الوصول لنتائج والتي منها: انتشار شبكات التواصل الإلكتروني في نهاية عام 2007م، وأصبحت هي البديل الماثل لأنشطة الماضي التقليدية، وحالة التفاعل بين مجتمعات اليوم مع البيئة والمجتمع المحيط، مما يؤكد حدوث تحول جذري في أدوات التخاطب والتعبير. أهم ما يميز الخلايا الإرهابية هو غياب النسيج المجتمعي المساند، مما يولد لديه الرغبة في الانضمام والانتماء لمجموعة تكسبه نوعا من احترام الذات والهوية، والرغبة في الثورة على نظام المجتمع. دراسة الشخصية الإرهابية تتطلب دراسة العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية التي تساعد وتساند على تشكلها ومنها: تاريخ الشخصية الإرهابية ومجموع الصفات التي نشأ فيها الشخص الإرهابي بجانب مجموع المثيرات البيئية التي يستقبلها الفرد ويستجيب لها وتؤثر في تصرفاته. The study aims to identify the terrorist organizations’ use of electronic means of communication (a descriptive study of risks and how to confront), the importance of the study lies in the fact that it seeks to explain these organizations’ use of electronic means of communication, and it is known that electronic means of communication have become vulnerable to employment by many organizations that seek to communicate their vision through these media. The study followed the descriptive analytical descriptive analytical method in order to reach results, including: The spread of electronic communication networks at the end of 2007, and they became the alternative to the traditional activities of the past, and the state of interaction between today’s societies with the environment and the surrounding society, which confirms the occurrence of a radical transformation in the tools of communication and expression. The most important characteristic of terrorist cells is the absence of a supportive social fabric, Which generates a desire to join and belong to a group that earns him a kind of self-respect and identity, and a desire to revolt against the system of society. Studying the terrorist personality requires studying the psychological and social factors that help and support its formation, including: the history of the terrorist personality and the total characteristics in which the terrorist person grew up besides the sum of environmental stimuli that the individual receives and responds to and affects his behavior. |
