| المستخلص: | إن الإسلام أولى بناء الإنسان رعاية كبيرة، ولم يفرق بين كبير وصغير، فشرع لكل طائفة من طوائف المجتمع الأحكام التي تتناسب وأحوالهم وتغيرها، والأيتام أحد هذه الطوائف التي أولاها الفكر الإسلامي-متمثلا في تشريعاته وأحكامه-رعاية كبرى، فحرص على الحث على رعايتهم والعناية بهم، وعلى هذا يأتي البحث الذي بين أيدينا والذي عنوانه: «رعاية الأيتام في الفكر الإسلامي». وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة؛ فالمقدمة ذكرت فيها أهمية البحث، ومشكلته، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطته. ثم تناولت في المبحث الأول مفهوم رعاية الأيتام لغة واصطلاحا، وتناولت في المبحث الثاني مفهوم الفكر الإسلامي لغة واصطلاحا. ثم انتقلت إلى المبحث الثالث وتناولت فيه مكانة رعاية الأيتام ومعاملته في الفكر الإسلامي؛ فذكرت الكيفية التي شرعها الفكر الإسلامي في التعامل بين الأيتام، وبينت ذلك عن طريق وجهتين رئيستين؛ الوجهة التشريعية والوجهة الأخلاقية. ثم ختمت البحث بخاتمة بينت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها، ومن أهم تلك النتائج أن الفكر الإسلامي قد أولى الأيتام برعاية كبرى تتسم هذه الرعاية بالتعددية والشمولية الصالحة لتنمية الأيتام في كل زمان ومكان. Islam is the first to build the human being with great care, and did not differentiate between the old and the small, so it legislated for each sect of society the provisions that suit their conditions and their change, and orphans is one of these sects that Islamic thought represented in its legislation and rulings - great care, so he was keen to urge their care and care Based on this, comes the research before us, entitled: "Caring for Orphans in Islamic Thought." The research was divided into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction mentioned the importance of the research, its problem, previous studies, research method, and plan. Then I dealt with in the first section the concept of orphan care, linguistically and idiomatically, and in the second section I dealt with the concept of Islamic thought, both linguistically and idiomatically. Then I moved to the third topic and dealt with the status of orphan care and its treatment in Islamic thought. She mentioned how Islamic thought legislated in dealing with orphans, and showed that through two main points; Legislative and ethical direction. Then the research concluded with a conclusion in which it showed the most important results and recommendations that it reached, and among the most important of these results is that Islamic thought has given orphans great care. |
