| المستخلص: | تناولت الورقة دور الصناعات الصغيرة لقطاع الغزل والنسيج في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي خلال الفتر 2001-2019 م، تمكن مشكلة الورقة في دور الصناعات الصغيرة بقطاع الغزل والنسيج في الاقتصاد السوداني من خلال مساهمته في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، هدفت الورقة إلى سرد تطور صناعة الغزل والنسيج في السودان، ومعرفة مساهمة الصناعات الصغيرة بقطاع الغزل والنسيج في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، ومساهمتها في العمالة والأجور. تمثلت أهمية الورقة إضافة لمواضيع الصناعات الصغيرة وقطاع الغزل والنسيج في السودان بالإضافة إلى ذلك في تحديد نسب مساهمة الصناعات الصغيرة لقطاع الغزل والنسيج في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وتعويضات العاملين. توصلت الورقة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها؛ لم تساهم الصناعات الصغيرة بقطاع الغزل والنسيج في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي حيث بلغت نسبة مساهمتها خلال الفترة 2001-2017 م % ما عدا الأعوام 2003 م و2004م و2006 م و2007 م بلغت نسبة المساهمة 0.01%، يؤثر إنتاج صناعة الغزل والنسيج بنسبة 12% في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وهو تأثير ضعيف جدا. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات منها وضع سياسات تشجع قيام صناعات الغزل والنسيج بصورة أكبر بحيث تعمل على زيادة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، رفع الحد الأدنى للأجور. The paper addressed the role of the small industries of the spinning and textile sector on the gross domestic product between 2001 - 2019, the problem of the paper emerged in the extent of small industries in the spinning and weaving sector in the Sudanese economy through its contribution to the gross domestic product. The paper aimed at listing the development of the spinning and weaving industry in Sudan, and knowing the contribution of small industries in the spinning and weaving sector to the gross domestic product, and its contribution to employment and wages. The importance of the paper in addition to the topics of the small industries and the textile sector in Sudan was in addition to determining the contribution rates of the small industries to the textile sector in the gross domestic product and worker’s compensation. The paper came to many results, the most important, the small industries in the spinning and weaving sector did not contribute to the gross domestic product, where the percentage of their contribution during the period 2001-2017 AD was 0. 0% except for the years 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2007 AD The contribution rate was 0.01%, affecting the production of the textile industry by 12% In GDP, the effect is very weak. The study came to many recommendations as, including setting policies that further encourage the textile industries to increase gross domestic product and raise the minimum wage. |
