| المستخلص: | واجه تراثنا المخطوط عبر التاريخ الإسلامي مصاعب جمة أدت إلى فقدان كم هائل منه، بعضه أسعفتنا المصادر بذكره والإشارة إلى أهميته وكثير منه ضاع بالكامل ولم يعد له وجود، وقد كان لهذا الضياع أسباب ودوافع متعمدة، منها: إقدام البشر على هذا الهدر للنصوص الخطية والأوعية المعرفية، وبعضها كان لأسباب طبيعية وعوامل الزمن ونحو ذلك، وبالنتيجة خسارة المكتبة التراثية لمخطوطات لا تعوض؛ لا سيما وأن الكثير من حالات الضياع والتلف يشمل مكتبات وخزانات كتب بالكامل. تتبع البحث وتقصى أسباب ودوافع الضياع والهدر، وتم من خلال هذا كله تحليل النصوص للوصول إلى جملة من الحقائق التاريخية التي أدت لكل ما جرى في عموم العالم الإسلامي، وأخذ نماذج من هذه الحوادث وتسليط الضوء عليها، ثم بعد ذلك تم عرض النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث، ومنها أن كم النصوص الخطية المفقودة كبير، وأن عمليات الإتلاف تنوعت وتعددت، والكثير مما ضاع كان من النوادر التي لا تعوض. Our written heritage (texts, manuscripts and knowledge repositories) has gone through many difficulties throughout Islamic history. Some sources were helpful enough to mention a number of them and underscore their importance, but many were completely lost and no longer existed. The reasons behind the loss of this heritage are many: some are related to natural causes and age factor, but some others were purposely destroyed or ignored (not taken care of). Either way, the loss was huge, mainly because many cases of loss and damage included entire libraries and bookcases. The motives and reasons behind that loss is the main concern of this research. The study was conducted through analysis of different texts leading to the revelation of a number of historical facts and events that led to what happened in the whole Islamic world. The discussion also emphasized some of these incidents and clarified them. Finally, the results of this research showed that the amount of written heritage that was lost or destroyed was huge, that the methods of destruction varied and that much of the lost rare items is irreplaceable. |
