| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة التعرف على القيادة التوزيعية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان وعلاقتها بالميزة التنافسية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم تطوير أداتين للدراسة وهما: أداة القيادة التوزيعية، وأداة الميزة التنافسية وتم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (380) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان للقيادة التوزيعية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن درجة تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لدى المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة للقيادة التوزيعية ودرجة تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لدى المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين. |b This study aimed to identify the distributive leadership among the principals of private schools in Amman governorate and its relation to competitive advantage from the teachers' point of view. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the descriptive, correlative approach. Two study instruments were developed: The Distributive Leadership instrument and the Competitive Advantage instrument, and their integrity and reliability were confirmed. The sample of the study consisted of (380) teachers from private schools in the Amman Governorate, who were chosen by the stratified random method. The results of the study indicated that the degree of practice of principals in private schools in the Amman Governorate for distributive leadership was high. The degree of achievement of the competitive advantage of private schools in the Amman Governorate from teachers’ point of view was high as well. Furthermore, there was a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance between the degree of the practice of private school principals in the Capital Governorate Distributive leadership and the degree of achievement of the competitive advantage of private schools in the Amman Governorate. | ||
