| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بنظم إدارة الوثائق الإلكترونية ووظائفها وأهميتها بالنسبة لمعالجة الملفات والوثائق الإلكترونية، كما تتناول عرض لأهم المعايير الدولية المتعلقة بإنشائها وتنفيذها، وتتطرق للتعريف بنظام إدارة الوثائق الإلكترونية لوزارة التربية الوطنية، ومسؤوليات العمل من خلاله وأهميته بالنسبة للقطاع، وتتناول تقييم هذا النظام من خلال دليل تقييم مستمد من أهم المعايير الدولية المتعلقة بإدارة الوثائق الكترونية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذا النظام يتماشى مع توصيات المعايير الدولية، من خلال الاستجابة لمختلف البنود المتعلقة بإنشاء الوثائق ومعالجتها وحفظها وإتاحتها وتقييمها واستبعادها. This study aims to introduce the electronic document management systems, their functions and importance according to the processing of electronic files and documents. It also deals with the presentation of the most important international standards related to their creation and implementation, and deals with the definition of the electronic document management system of the Ministry of National Education, and deals with the evaluation of this system through an evaluation guide drawn from the most important international standards related to electronic document management. The study found that this system is in line with the recommendations of international standards, by responding to the various items related to document creation, processing, preservation, availability and exclusion. |
