| المستخلص: | The Covid-19 crisis or pandemic has occurred with disastrous effects. It disrupted teaching which challenged us all to a new way of e-learning training. Algerian education must adapt to this mode, e-learning refers to online learning through the web. He shatters the classic tragedy the break with the unity of place and time. Real-time learning is an individualized journey that offers advantages such as access to real-time information, reduced travel, reduced costs. But it has drawbacks such as training alone can be difficult, reluctance towards ITC, isolation. Nowadays the economy is no longer based only on production but also on innovation which has made it possible to develop at any age. The solution of e-learning in Algeria is to network the teacher and the learner. It mainly depends on the establishment of the Internet, the tool, flexibility and accessibility. Its effectiveness is based on a cocktail of factors (educational, political, technical, administrative and economic). La crise ou pandémie du Covid-19 est survenue avec des effets désastreux. Elle a perturbé l’enseignement ce qui nous a tous mis au défi d’un nouveau mode de formation e-learning. L’enseignement algérien doit s’adapter à ce mode, le e-learning fait référence à l’apprentissage en ligne grâce au web. Il brise la tragédie classique la rupture avec l’unité du lieu et du temps. L’apprentissage en temps réel est un parcours individualisé qui offre des avantages comme l’accès à l’information en temps réel, limite les déplacements, la réduction des coûts. Mais il présente des inconvénients comme se former seul peut s’avérer difficile, la réticence envers les T.I.C, l’isolement. De nos jours l’économie n'est plus basée seulement sur la production mais aussi sur l’innovation ce qui a permis de se développer à tout âge. La solution du e-learning en Algérie est de mettre en réseau l'enseignant et l'apprenant. Il dépend surtout de la mise en place de l’Internet, l’outil, la flexibilité et l’accessibilité. Son efficacité repose sur un cocktail de facteurs (pédagogique, politique, technique, administratifs et économique). |
