| المستخلص: | In the context of the contemporary Arab’s thought response to the Arab reality in crisis, diverse issues have emerged among the most important ones: Democracy, Secularism, and Heritage. As we heavily focus actually on democracy and its determinism in the development of Arab society and the getting out of underdevelopment.
